Impecably described! Thanks so much! I¨m doing research on my own,since I don´t get much jhelp around. I live in JUnin.Buenos Aires. Argentina. I´m Cris, 70 years old, trying to reverse a sarcopenia process that took me by surprise about a year or so ago!I´m been going to gym training for about a year and a half now, but I´m not pleased with the results so far, eventhough there has been some reversal.... Right now Im about to incorporate HI interval exercises! I´m doing research about that.If you are willing to share reliable source, I will fully appreciate it!!! Congratulations for your precious5 minute gift!

Is Dr. Mcguff working on a book on myokines? He mentioned it in a video some time ago. If so, that would be a must read!

is this information all backed by studies ? what is the consequence of creatine reducing myokine release ?
