Really surprised you didn’t go with PVC coated 1/2”x1” giving you even longer life span. Does not look like a fun task. Merry Christmas!!

With how many cages we have the price was astronomical plus it was on back order for how much we need until February and we could not wait that long

@@MyshireFarm I’m not sure what width you need but the 1/2”x1” 16gauge pvc coated is .84 cents a sq ft (24”x100’ roll =$168). At Home Depot that’s the same stuff I used. Believe me I shopped it around and that was the best price. What you show on Amazon cost twice as much and it’s not PVC. Just giving you a heads up.

He has one with noise canceling but when you have 6000 quail they tend to take over. We did as much our side as we could sorry

No we colony breed so we have 40-50 hens in each cage.

He was working on the bottom of the cage when he attached it, so yes, they flipped it after it was done. The top is actually open. I thought, at first, oh no, the eggs would roll inside.
