Imagine being 12, reading the baki manga and seeing jack and hanayama use brute force for their combat style, immediately falling in love with the idea and wanting them to have an interaction soon, only to grow at the age of 42 with 3 kids and a wife and seeing this manga panel while you remember that you lost interest for the manga 15 years ago

@@OMNIEDITZZZbig dawg what? Are you drunk? He went toe to toe with pickle and was the first to give pickle a real fight to where he tried. Baki got instantly 1 shot until he watched Jack's fight then he trained. Baki damn near died to Jack had the after effects of his drugs not kicked in at all he singular moment and he got headlocked. Hanayama is strong but he's nowhere near Jack level of strong. At the start of the arc dude got koed by a regular dude off the street

@@sky-oq5mr katsumi was the first to give pickles a real fight. Jack got no diffed twice in both of them. Also they clearly nerfed current pickles he's not even the same size as he was when they first teased a rematch in Jack's arc

I mean Jack defeated Gallen pretty one-sidedly back then, the guy who defeated Hanayama with one shot, but the strength levels may have shifted since then, I mean it's been over 20 years and Hanayama always felt like one of Itagaki's favorites...

Even though this is Jack's Arc, I want Hanayama to win. Current Hanayama can phase Yujiro with a good punch. An impressive feat for anyone to do against the Ogre. This fight could trigger a breakthrough for Jack.

There still needs to be some sense in him winning, otherwise its just plot armor "cause its his arc" which is utter bullshit and terrible writing. This is the reason why him winning against Pickle would be bullshit.

hanayama definitely became way stronger compared to when he fought musashi. More scars = stronger Hanayana. Examples are after he fought spec he got strong enough to make yujiro bleed, after he fought musashi, he easily dispatched one of the sumo compared to others.

Hanayama has become more of a maintainer of peace since pickle arc other than a regular fighter. There is nothing wrong with that. I just wanted to share my observation.

REAL Baki fans have dreamt about this since the beginning 😭🙏🏻 . my dream Baki fight is about to happen 🔥🔥🔥 . i’m gonna say even though Hanayama has shown great feats against Mushashi and Pickle Jack will win to push his arc . Hanayama needs his own arc in the main storyline cause he’s one of the few characters who was BORN STRONG . ppl who think Hanayama is going to get merked know nothing abt him, and we all know Jack beats Pickle yall . ( he should anyways he lost 3 times 💀 )

Jack should be able to tank Hanayama shot standing still mid difficulty. And if jack would return the shot the same way, Hanayama just standing, Jack would completely Knockout Hanayama. Hanayama has always been a level or 2 behind Baki and Jack has always stayed relatively close. Yujiro stating Jack has reached "their level" (I'm assuming the level Musashi, Pikckle, Baki, and Yujiro) Thus, should be a relatively easy win for Jack like I've always believed in this match up. Hanayama is just way to incomplete. No defense, and is slow with his whind-up. Musashi completely exploited Hanayama.

i think jack vs oliva would be a more equal fight. but hanayama is more popular than oliva so jack vs hanayama is a better matchup overall. also, no. jack destroys both hanayama and oliva. stop living in a fantasy.
