The Mystery Ranch Metcalf is a great pack even for a day hunt. I wouldn’t be without my Metcalf!

MR even offers women's size frames!! I invested in the Metcalf, and bought the Mule as a bag only option- both for hunting swapping out to day pack or multiple days, using the ultra light frame... Ive had to pack out on standard frames and its a pain!! Thank god, i got a working system... 5'4" 145lbs and can carry deer and elk... and it matches my camo.... so glad i didn't invest in any other systems... water bladder is great too!! I also use kifaru ultralights and OR dry bag when hauling in gear when camping- best systems MR

Do they make a pocket/ pouch, or a place to put you bow?

Your able to use the straps on the bag to strap it on. There are accessories to allow a rifle to be carried.

I added a bow boot to the bottom of MR pack wheither its my popup 38 or my sawtooth45 from a different company works great.keeps bow from sliding down keeps it in place. With no shifting.

No they're made is the USA.

@@InsideOutPrecision not all packs are made in the USA, MR does have packs that are made in the Philippines and Vietnam; my Metcalf was made in the Philippines. The Berry Act complaint military and wildfire bags are made in America.
