This is the first time I have seen a work using pthalo green as the main color. Again, this is a dramatic use of values in a monochromatic oil. Great work, Bram!

beautiful! I love these paintings with just few colors, they are so amazing and you don't have to worry about mixing colors and can focus on the drawing! what do you apply on the moon? only green or also black gesso? did you use a paper towel? thank you for sharing this beautiful one

I used a piece of contact paper and used black gesso all around the moon. Peeled that off and used a paper towel and grey gesso to make some moony stuff.
