The immortal beings are the stage 2-5 bosses of the game Mystical Chain, a fangame of the Touhou Project created by team Lion Heart. The games features witches that are tired of tea parties and decided to take on their hand to wreck havoc around paradise. Is an action/platform/pseudo fighting game based on the Touhou Project, a series of danmaku shooters/fighting games crated by ZUN so many genres
Last time we saw our girls they were in the Sanzu planes (I don't care if the Sanzu River isn't in a plane according to mythology, is my imagination about a fictional river, damnit DX). After they defeated the ferryman and her boss, they decided to take a road trip towards Eientei. After fighting their way through thousands of FOEs and Tewi's wannabes, they ended up in the middle of a battle between the two bitter rivals and/or lovers, Kaguya and Mokou.
This fight is peculiar in that they are minding their own business and you decide to stick your head and beat them to a pulp. The fight isn't two vs two, is one vs one with a third party unconditionally beating both previous parties. I guess Marisa went "Lets beat them" and Patchy just thought "Why?"
The fight itself isn't hard, especially since they aren't aiming at you, you just happened to be in the middle of the attack. So, simply beat them when either of them leaves their guard down. Is not difficult, ze ^_^
The game, as you can see, has a very heavy focus on teamwork and comboing, especially by comboing through teamwork. You can choose two out of three characters: Marisa Kirisame, Patchouli Knowledge, and, last but not least (unfortunately), Alice Margatroid (Stay away from Marisa DX). I'm so getting flamed for my favoritism =/
Each witch has different characteristics:
Marisa:
-Great ranged attack (Narrow/Compact Spark)
- Very good Special Spell (Master/Final Spark)
- Fastest
- Pretty decent comboing ability
Patchouli:
- Great arsenal of ranged attack
- Great and Unique Special Spell (Silent Selene)
- Pretty great combo follower (Light rain attack)
- Probably best combo starter of the three. But that's because she lacks combo following capabilities without the light rain.
-Strong attacks
Alice:
-Eh unique Special spell?
-EXCELLENT TO THE POINT OF BROKEN comboer (Doll grab)
-Great attack to deal with a lot of enemies.
-Good melee range.

Probably the most unique idea for a boss fight I've seen in a very long time. The idea that the bosses you need to take down aren't even bothering to fight you because you're NOT WORTH THE EFFORT while they take each other down is... amazing.

Still one of my favourite boss fights in any game ever, simply because of the fact they aren't fighting you, you're just in the crossfire. That and the little touches of them laughing at the other along the way XD

One of the most underrated fangames of all time. The music arranges, the character art, the bosses, it's all just plain awesome. I really hope Lion Heart makes a sequel of this game. It has a ton of potential for it! For example, they made the sprites for a lot of the major characters, why not go the extra mile and make them all playable?! Also, I see this game can also have a really awesome Versus Mode. Super Smash Brothers style. If reality sets in and a sequel does happen, I might just have to do it all myself later in down in life. I don't know about you, but I don't want all that potential to go quietly.

It has been said that Mokou and Kaguya were supposed to be in a Touhou fighting game but were scrapped because their moveset was considered to be overpowered. I can see why.

SCP 079 Mokou is now in -drumroll- URBAN LEGEND IN LIMBO!!!!!!!!!!! I play as her a lot. she's difficult to get the hang of, but once you know how to use her, everything is super easy. :P

it's also implied that Mokou had to kill someone to get the Hourai elixir, at first the hate was one-sided at Mokou's part, but after several years of fighting the hate has subsided and they mainly fight each other out of boredom, though it is shown that Mokou regularly visit Eientei and hang out with the inhabitants doing whatever...so they are generally on friendly terms with each other...most of this comes from Ephemeral Moon Vignette from the East ~ Inaba of the Moon and Inaba of the Earth.

Mokou predominantly is the aggressor - Kaguya turned down a marriage request from Mokou's father, and she's got all the power to try to take revenge. Kaguya, for the most part, is bored and more than willing to play, as neither of them can actually die. It makes for something to do on her part.

On 3rd spell if you like to end spell faster you can try to hit kaguya during her really short vulnerability time, it allows Mokou to hit her for massive damage :P (you can also do this on last spell, you can even hit Mokou to let Kaguya hit her, but she probably won't because her shots are slow)

藤= "Fuji" means "wisteria" 原="Hara" can be pronounced as "Wara" which means "tundra" or "meadow". I don't see any Hizuwara around there as in the Japanese kanas, I did not see the "ZI" unless you have "す" su and "い" i combined into, "ずぃ". But I got more to learn

Have you ever played a fighting game. if so, you're set. If I remember correctly, all attacks are made by a combination of two arrow buttons, and the attack button. Just trial and error until you find all combinations
