How Lilly King Swims A 55.73 100 Yard Breaststroke |

I watched this whiteboard session multiple times before I swam my first event at a meet in 29 years this weekend. Watching this break down hit that intellectual part of my brain and had me visualizing both the 50 and 100. Long story short, I exceeded my expectations and almost qualified for Masters SCY Nationals, off by 0.89 seconds. I’ll keep watching this and using the My Swim Pro app, which I LOVE!!! I would love to see a specific program in the app for Breaststroke! There are many great individual workouts but more of a plan. Call it the Lilly King in her honor;)! Great insights, and real life examples are amazing!!!
