Note regarding waiting for the vendor restock, you do not need to wait 48 (UT) hours, you need to wait for 2 UT midnights to pass, so anywhere from 25 to 48 hours, and given that 24 Neon hours is 35 UT hours, many times you won’t even need a second rest. Just to save you all a bit of time.

Neon is 24hrs and 9 hrs wait between restocks... if you're just trying to cycle inventory saving before going into the vendor menu allows you to reload over and over till what you want is in stock

You can steal anything in plain sight using the Void Form power. Enter Void Form, enter sneak and steal the item. PS. Any action besides movement breaks Void Form, even opening doors. So you only get 1 action from stealth.

You don't have to go to The Den to fence stolen goods, any Trade Authority vendor will do, even the one in The Well. The Den is the best place to sell contraband, though, as UC doesn't scan your ship in the Wolf system.

I found a 3 star legendary version off an enemy but also found out apparently the after effects or explosions which occur afterwards hurts your crew mates if nearby …. My hired sniper turned on me so quickly 😅

Yes the particle dot damage will move to the nearest target after the enemies dies, if that happens to be your follower it will attack the next friendly enemies. It does not effect you through so i'm sure this is an unintended bug.

Right now it's really difficult to determine what is intended behaviour in Starfield. What is the double barrel attachment supposed to do? Is it bugged? Are Annihilator rounds just permanently active or does installing them change something? Is the Laser skill really supposed to boost particle weapons even though they already have their own skill? If yes then why does the Ballistics skill work differently? Forget the Unity, these are the real mysteries of the Starfield universe.

There’s a Trade Authority at the well in Alpa Centauri . Also when you are further in the game and start modding, if you steal a weapon and add a mod to it , it’s no longer stolen .

I find it so ironic that you wear Fallout´s Vault suit to present a Starfield video, because that sparked an idea: Starfield:FO4 crossover mod! Just imagine that EARTH is the Fallout world in Starfield, that would mean you can encounter the Zetans in Starfield! And hunt Deathclaws with the hightech weapons you get from Starfield. Wouldn´t it be a rad idea? Especially since both are build on the Creation Engine, so making that patch might be possible. Just imagine taking on the Nuclear Wasteland with the Powers of the Starborn!

Early on you can get the Disassembler version during the side mission "The Mantis". Since that day I always kept that thing around for dealing with robots. 😎 Lately I tend to use the Advanced versions of the Orion (with Fire Lasers) and Magpulse (Depleted Uranium Rounds). And of course if I wanna get rowdy I use the Advanced Coachman with Hornets Nest... 😁🤟

But now the converted shotgun does less damage than the big bang (but fires faster and has a bigger magazine), so it's better to keep it as a rifle to have more damage. By the way, the secret merchant has a unique rifle with ng+ that deals double damage to enemies with full health on the first shot, and it is probably the strongest weapon in the game

It turns into God Tier when you find the Rare or Epic double magazine. That gives you 16 shots and has elemental on it. That's my automatic giant killer in on clip ( half a clip mostly). On anything over 100. Early game? That's the go to weapon to make everything easy for the whole game lol.

one inch punch inflictors feel better - the (average) instant dmg is higher and it has a higher rate of fire (any my big bang has even better effects) the big bang feels so slow

You can get an advance version of this weapon at level one. All you need is a digipick for a novice door. I found this weapon within the first few days of playing the game at launch. The fact no one else has figured it out by now is ridiculous. At least, no vid I've seen. Also you can mod a stolen weapon and it removes the stolen icon as well. But there are some areas that will spawn static advance versions of guns from a complete fresh game. The deserted relay station has an advanced regulator. Uc listening post has advanced solstice, and 2 advanced aa-99s. Abandoned outpost helium extractor has advanced urban eagle. I'm going to hold on to the location of the big bang, for now 😂. Also, though I cannot for the life of me remember where, one of the spawn buildings has static advanced Beowulf.

Fine I'll give a hint since no one actually wants to play and explore games anymore. It will have the military icon facility when you scan it. And like I said it's behind a novice locked door so you need at least one digipick. Which there are some in the facility. I truly and honestly do not remember where I got the advanced Beowulf, but it was in my inventory at like level 6. I think I thought I was picking up a grendal. Also there is a settlement that has advanced Bridger and razorback, but they have to be stolen. But you can drop an item out of you inventory and hockey puck them to the air lock and get them without bounty.

I've been using an Advanced Coachman with Hornet's Nest on it as well as a couple nice Legendary Effects on it, but mainly I just have Hornet's Nest on it, which turns normal common Caseless Shotgun Shells into Explosives!!! But I also have an Advanced Big Bang sitting in my Weapons Chest waiting for me to collect 10k+ Fuses (since Vasco can't seem to use guns)...

I love the advanced coachman with hornets nest!! Aim high for an air burst over crowds, and straight for "single" targets. Try it with an extended mag perk. Despite it being 2 barrels, you can shoot 4 shots very fast. And if you get any Elemental perks, each explosion has a chance to proc. Its like the Big Boy with MIRV rockets from fallout. Lol

Does this special variant have more base damage from the normal big bang? My big bang shoots out 1 particle that forms a spiral burn where it hits. It doesn't do the spread of pelets like a rail gun as shown.

It fires in large bursts, with good accuracy, but still like a shotgun. If you move, jump and shoot far or on the surface at an angle, you can notice that several projectiles are flying there

The waiting for vendor to restock his credits it ridiculous. Every vendor should have 100000k or more credits. You should be able to sell everything you want at once. 5000 is stupid. It's not realistic. Make the value less for an item if that's what needs to happen. 5000k ? That's like going to sell your used car and the owner of the lot only has a few hundred bucks in his register. What's the point of low funds anyways? How is making a player waste his time sitting or sleeping beneficial to the game? You play two hours grinding for credits every night and spend 30 minutes of it waiting for vendor to reload his funds? Some nerd didn't think that one through.

Please don't be offended but New Atlantis has a UC Trader in the well that you can sell and buy back the weapon you do not need to go to any place special. All the cities have a UC trade center and you can sell all the stolen body parts, art, and guns and use buyback to get it for what you sold it for. However, the hidden weapon is a new wrinkle. So you're saying it's impossible to steal the weapon without being caught, pout.
