I think I fucked up and need answers. I accidentally confirmed that I had gotten my package but it was still being shipped so in the app it says it's already been delivered and I can no longer track it, will it still come through the mail anyways or will it just be stuck in the mail or returned to sender.

I made a purchased a watch. The item indicated that delivery was unsuccessful with a abnormal status. When i checked with Cainiao tracking it's ESP directed to my local delivery company. But when i ask my local company ,they told me that there no transfer made from Cainiao to them. And so i filed a dispute and ask Aliexpress to help me investigate about my parcel and contact me on who is holding my parcel locally. But They rejected. So what should i do?

ALI Express never refunded me my shipping, they gave me a coupon that was HARD to use in the time frame they had given me where I end up needing to spend money... NEVER use Ali if it is a expensive part and may need to be returned. I ordered tail lights for my Goldwing, they came scratch because the seller shipped them in a bag, he tried for weeks to get me to take a discount and I just wanted a refund, I then 6 times contacted Ali to resolve this issue... in the end I spend MORE on shipping to send them back, just over $130 because AliExpress said I would get it refunded once the seller gets it back, 3 months later and the window for return was closing. So the $75 tail lights and shipping had me in a hole for $200+ that I thought the buyer protection was going to cover... while I did get the $75 returned to my card, the $130 was sent after 80 days to my account AS A COUPON... Never again... Do not trust them at all. From purchase to return the saga was 6 months long... and support messages totaled over 20 to get it resolved... why was the coupon hard to use? simple, when they Finally did send it, I recieved no message I did, when I checked on it one day after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, there was a coupong with a 30 days experation date and I had 2 weeks to figure out what to buy with it, WTF

I buy a LOT of "knock off" crafting items such as acrylic stamps, metal dies, stationary, planner accessories. These are items that have huge mark ups anyways. I have have gotten some fantastic items that are absolutely just as nice as the brands (which I buy as well) for a fraction of the price. I've found it totally worth it for the occasional not rec'd and long shipping times.

Most of those items are made in China anyway. Chinese copy a lot of original design, but I suspect also Western 'designers' steal designs from China. Chinese are also creative and bring a lot of their own stuff. And although I cannot really tell who came first with a particular design of stamps, I saw it presented on one particular channel in the West as new and exclusive, just to find it on Aliexpress soon after that, with extra elements not included in the show, and then I learned a friend of mine purchased cutting die for that design some 5 years ago on ebay or somewhere (also coming from China). Some brands truly are overpriced for what they offer so they deserve to not get the business from savvy customers. And if they want to blackmail customers that they will cease trading, I always remember that how many designs were never developed and I am fine with that. Crafters often overbuy stuff they don't need and will never use because they are pretty and they want them. The market is over-saturated with designs. The designers keep trying outcompete each other and are under pressure to keep coming with something each season, repeatedly. And then you end up with zillions stamps of christmas trees, cuttind dies of stags, penguins, snowflakes, sentiments... It is hard to come with something unique nowadays.

Apple wanted $400 to replace my MacBook air screen on my just over a year old laptop. I took a chance and ordered a replacement lcd screen from aliexpress for $140. I followed a KZbin video and replaced it myself. So far it’s lasted longer than the original Apple lcd and looks the same. I ordered from a high rated shop with lots of sales and reviews.

I buy a LOT from Aliexpress and the only big problems I've had was products being a very cheap version of the picture. Like a booknook that was just an empty box. The big thing is, NEVER agree to ending the despute because the seller is offering to help and promises to fix it. Once you end that despute you can't open another and bad sellers rely on this. You're then left with nothing.

​@@niya-sb6kdYou can confirm AliExpress Customer Service and explain to them that you accidentally clicked on that you received the item? Tell them that you still haven't received it? It shows also show up on the tracking system that you haven't received it? Open up a dispute and apply for your full refund and hopefully you will get your full refund? If a seller asks you to cancel the dispute, never cancel your dispute as they will try and trick you saying that they will refund you but they are scammers. Stay away from "Combined delivery", it's a scam. If they don't put all orders in the combined package, by mistake or by will. You can't prove it is not recived, and can forget refund.

I ordered 5 items from one seller. One item was wrong and one item was missing. I received refund for both items, luckily, but was unable to leave a review on whole order though I received three items which were as promised. Very angry about it!

I’ve never had the option to do a “combined delivery”. Sometimes sellers do that and sometimes they don’t. If an item is in stock they’ll wait until it is and then deliver.

You have a 74 day window the seller asks you to extend leaving you with no options for dispute or refund. I had a $74.00 order only one of the sellers was willing to refund me. I couldn't believe that happened. I used them for over 8 years no incident.

I was aware of the shady reputation of the store, but decided to order something inexpensive to check it out. I ordered a kit for a ham antenna auto-tuner that came to less than $20 shipped. I actually got it in 10 days, which isn't bad. However, they use very misleading product pages with photos of items that mislead you into believing that these items are included. I had believed the case was included because it was shown along with all the kit parts, but it wasn't. It did not state anywhere that the case wasn't included. They also use thumbnails that show items with a great price, but when you click them, it isn't that item but some small accessory on the same page. The actual product you saw is 100x that price. eBay seems to do this as well and they claim this is just how product pages function when there are multiple options to choose from. I call B.S. to this and that it is intentional click bait. Anyway, I needed then to order the case for the project and did so. It came from a different seller. After ordering, I went back to ask the seller a question about the item and the page wasn't there, nor was the seller. I messaged the place I bought the kit from and they checked and said that seller was "fake" and had "stolen" their photos and was not authorized to sell that little metal case. They told me this was very common in China. I had been tracking the delivery from their website and after about nine days, it said "Delivered", although it had not been. I tried to dispute the transaction on AliExpress, but here's the catch: You have to wait over 30 days before you can even file a dispute and then, as this video states, it takes two more weeks to get a refund. I'm not waiting 45 days just to get a refund so I filed a dispute with PayPal. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." I will not be using AliExpress again and I suggest you do not. The "deals" are not really that good, many of the items are fake, and the risk is just too great.

I buy stuff from Ali express all the time. Thing is people aren’t paying attention to details to what size is the correct for you 😅. Sure some of the stuff there is bad quality but so is the crap I buy here at home. All in all I’m very pleased. I’ve gotten refunds without problems when product is damaged or I didn’t receive. So 8 out of 10 in my book

I have bought some cheap (under a dollar) and some more expensive (over $30) items, I got them all and they were as advertised. As always, excercise caution when choosing the sellers and the merchandise, but if you know what you're buying and you buy from sellers rated with 90-95% positive feedback, you should be OK.

I sometimes don’t get my items and it saids delivered. I get a item delivered and it saids not delivered. I sometimes get sent the wrong item , or not all my items. On a scale 1 to 10. I give them a 8. I will keep buying from the sellers that send me my items. Yep shipping takes about 1 month to 2 months to come to my house. New subscriber.

The time to file a dispute has changed. For example, I currently had to file a dispute over non-delivery. The estimated delivery window was 60 days from shipment. After 40 days, and then again on the 59th day, I tried filing a dispute. The system would not let me. It stated I must wait until after the last day of estimated delivery date and then I would have 15 days to file a claim. So I waited until day 61, whereas it finally allowed me to file a dispute. It looks like this also coincides with how they verify shipments being received as well. All my orders show that if I do not verify I have received my shipment within the estimated delivery date, AliExpress will automatically mark it as received 15 days after the estimated delivery date. So what that means is they have generally set a time period of 15 days after the estimated delivery date to either verify you have received the product, and/or file any claims/disputes over it. It is a much clearer system then they had before. Also- the biggest sign of fraud that occurs on Aliexpress that I have experienced is the seller requesting you to close the claim/dispute. They will ask you to wait longer for the product, or will work out a refund through PayPal, or will promise to send a replacement. DO NOT EVER CLOSE YOUR DISPUTE. The seller knows that if you close your dispute, you will no longer have any rights to reopen it if there are problems. The seller also knows by asking you to "wait a little longer", you could pass your dispute time. And NEVER agree to refund money through Paypal. They can easily refund you through AliExpress. Them asking you to close your claim/dispute, is almost always them manipulating you so they do not have to make things right.

I’ve made a few purchases from AliExpress . Depending on the seller you might get a decent quality item but the chances are you will get something to put in the bin.Latest purchase was a major fail as they allegedly sent multiple items in the same package . All I got were plastic bags inside of more plastic bags.Customer service was asking me for proof that I didn’t receive my stuff and kept asking me to confirm that I did receive them and kept saying “No I did not”. The same answer from customer support “So you confirm that you received the items” . Gave up,lost the money and deleted the app right away. My experience was repeatedly bad - goods not turning up after being fully paid for, goods turning up faulty or not the full order. Aliexpress not honoring their purchase guarantee and being forced into a process of Visa Merchant disputes where I finally got my money refunded. They the Traders and administration are no where near the integrity associated with E-bay or Amazon so Buyer you have been warned !

I've bought a ton of stuff from Ali. A few orders never showed up, less than 5, but I was refunded with no problem. Only one seller didn't refund. On the whole, I don't buy risky stuff, only base metal charms and base metal jewelry components. They are nice pieces and I've been very happy with the quality. Shipping is not consistent, sometimes things arrive in 2 weeks, or 2 months. No way I would have gotten so many pieces if I were buying here in the states. I would NOT buy any type of electronic stuff at all.

I have bought a phone + shipment lately for 365$ in total. The seller did not tell me that i had to pay for tariffs or i rarher say tax. (Considering, this doesnt make any sense). I thought that tax was a part of order payment. The package arrived after getting told (by phone) that it was located and held at customs. (Airport) I have got told if i want the package, i have to pay for 50$ shipment (REALLY) and 100$ tariff. Wait a minute. I have already paid for shipment that costs 45$, why do i have to pay for another one? What about this thing being called tarrif? He did not inform me about that at all. When i asked if i received my package, would i pay for something else (such as another tax or tariff, yes or no? He did not give straight answer, rather than vague comments continuously.

I have received excellent slippers, sewing notions such as ribbons, snaps and snippers, bras and pressure stockings that I went back to reorder. The one time I received a horrible weed trimmer I received a refund. One time I never received an item, the window to file a claim had closed but the item was so cheap that It did not hurt so bad.

One of my order was cancelled once it was shipped ; I could only ask for a refund of the price of the item itself, but not the postage . The thing is that some items are sold for a few cents, when the 'real' price of the item goes into the postage fees . Luckily I used paypal as payment, so I got my refund by asking paypal some help . So even if you make sure to respect deadlines etc to open a dispute, you are not guaranted to get a full refund with aliexpress . Also, their Eva bot doesn't always work as promised to open dispute

This happened to me too, buying from Antinski3d store. I paid AU $53.02 shipping for TR300 resin, but AliExpress refunded only the item price, even though they agree “Package was returned to seller by shipping company” no reason given. So I got NOTHING for $53 . Maybe this is a scam where seller never ships the goods, but knows how to rig the system.

I ALWAYS check the shipping price, as it is the standard way for sellers to claim the lowest price on the merchandise while more than making up for the difference with S&H fees. i bought a controller it was suppose to arrive in 1 month. it showed that the product was on the way in some other country, so i thought i'll get it when i get it. After a month it changed to packet delivered. I went to their customer service and they told me to provide proof. I asked them how am i suppose to show proof of a product i didn't get? As i didnt even know what company was suppose to deliver the package. They then replied with "the product is delivered" and closed the issue. So don't rely on aliexpress to you have your back if you get scammed.

I've ordered little items for stocking stuffers for several years, and craft/ scrapbooking/ journaling items with no problems other than shopping taking forever. However, once I ordered a HUGE dinosaur truck (per the listing) for my grandson for it to be very tiny, 3 piece fake Lego..thingie. 😂 It was $32! I first disputed for not receiving.. I thought that little thing was a free gift! as it came with some other stuff. I then disputed because it was the wrong item; I flat out asked if they were going to fully refund me or did I need to save us both time and contact Visa, instead. IMMEDIATE full refund.

Aliexpress didn't refund me when the seller scammed me and I filed dispute within the return windows. Months of seller rejecting my proposals and me rejecting the seller's proposals got me nowhere.

I ordered a shirt on there and the order was "closed" due to "security concerns" and I saw reddit posts that they make coupons unusable by closing orders with a coupon applied. Theu applied the in app coupon to that item that closed. So I guess I'm not getting the shirt and I'm probably not buying there again. Too much hassle.

I ordered many items last year and the tracking showed that everything arrived at Hawthorne,California post office,not my residence. It seemed that the merchandise was stuck at the warehouse or something. One seller sent me a message saying there were delays due to the virus. I waited more time and tried to file disputes,but the sellers said that I would be getting my orders. Well, I never received a single item and of course lost my money. I wonder to this day what could have happened to my stuff.

A couple of weeks ago I was looking at the website and I was signed in and I noticed the section that says " My Shipping Address" and it was the wrong one. It must be a default address that you have to change to your address when you sign up to the website. Do I corrected it and now anything I order will be delivered to my address. The destination balloon now shows my address. I wish I had noticed the problem sooner. It's too late to get my money back but at least I know what the problem was. I placed some new orders and they arrived to my address. We live and we learn!
