my friends father was stationed in SK, he manned a 50 cal MG on the border. he said he spent 2 years seated behind a fully loaded ready to go 50 cal looking at a NK soldier across the DMZ sitting at his MG. he said they just sat there looking at each other ready to fire, day after day. surreal cuz thats what he would do as M-F day job just keeping a MG aimed at one guy, for 2 years. what a weird world we made!!
