The thumbnail said "reversed" so I expected somebody to drive Nordschleife in the reverse direction! Nobody drove it in reverse, but this was still a great watch! Need to have more of this in the winter with the snow! Maybe even open snow driving days? It would be very popular.....

Notices how he is constantly in most areas driving over untouched driven snow, this is because untouched snow that not been driven over give u good grip than those that been driven over already (which has now compacted to near ice stage).

Good driving, no doubt - but why is two different laps cut together? There are 2 different rims during the video - the car is the same, but the rims change. You can see set one pretty well at start off 1:30 but go to 2:15 and you'll see a different set, changing back to the first in one corner and then to the second again....

I'm guessing two different sets of tires were used because he probably did 1 lap on the circuit for footage then pitted for fresh tires and went from the circuit to the Nordschleife.

He still drove round the track in those conditions at a pretty high speed...I'd love to see your lap under the same conditions, upload it...

The issue isn't snow. F1 moves around so could easily move to places without snow at any given time. The break allows teams to develop the new cars, test them, let the drivers get used to them etc.

Changing Rims! At the begening and end of the video, they use OZ racing rims and Dunlop tires. Rims and tires are changing during the video. See 0:47 for Dunlop. And 02:18-02:22 for changing. Anyone knows the brand of other rims and tires?
