So let me get this strait if I choose to go twin turbo aftermarket all I really have to buy is the turbos that I have to change out cause the rest stays in the car compared to what u were saying with the single have to re locate and change things so if I get game changers that’s all inhave to get is the turbos themself?

For sure. Just look at different kits. MMP 1k seems to be very good, as an example.

Yep it all balls down to $$ I had my stockers replaced under warranty and I have the vargas stage 1 and they make good power.Yes I always wanted more but I can get 500whp with 11 gallons on e85 mix with 93 which is plenty of fun.If I had Port injection I would be around 550,Have around 30k on the stage 1.

The warranty company never really looked at any of my mods or anything. I took it to a shop and they said I needed turbos. The warranty company said I could buy turbos and send them the invoice and they would reimburse me. That's what I did, the warranty cost me about $3k so not really sure it was worth it lol. When I bought the car, I wanted a warranty just to be safe, but now I would have just bought a single kit.

I contacted them and asked them what they needed. They said they needed a auto shop to quote a turbo repair order and prove it needed them. I had done this prior and sent them that. They said as long I purchased turbos and sent them the receipt they would send me a check for it. I did order sent them the receipt and cancelled it right away and got my money back and ordered a single kit. But JP Workz took too long so I bought VTT twins.

Hey man you really helped me with this video! You have no idea. I have been trying to figure out what I want to do at the point I'm at. I am fbo right now but my twins are showing signs of failure. I have been trying to figure it out and you really helped me. I am going to stick to twins like you. I think it would be the better choice. I have vrsf dps. Do you know if would need anything extra if I wanted to just change to the Vargas turbo like you did?

Single. Borg efr , garett .....bottom mount. Alternatives.....bust your block with twins , run a failure prone prescision... In the end it really is cheaper to just go b mount single. Just treat it like a supra over the years as the power progressed and watch Jay at real street videos.

I know 3 people personally who have blown motors from running mmp twin turbo setups, best of luck with the build 👍👍 (on3 kits are garbage) DOC Race delivers in 3 weeks

You don’t see MMP’s or hear about them blowing up often but I’ve read between the lines, you have to keep quiet for their warranty to cover it. Wtf. I forgot to mention another viable candidate is the VIE kits, but Doc Race are solid too!! Thanks man!!

on3 has been having better fitment than DOC race lately, and many have gotten on3 kits in a week. 3 weeks is on the high end.

On3 kits deliver in a week because they are off the shelf made in China parts. DOC race operates on an order-sell platform. If you order from DOC race, someone from the US will be personally fabricating parts for your car. I would rather pay extra for quality parts and an actual name brand turbo (Precision).
