Love the walking shadow passing the tree shadow. 🙌

You still had that little sprig of lavender on your backpack strap! How sweet! Leon looks like a great place to spend an extra day. Maybe splurge on a hotel.

Yes!! Well, it was probably a different sprig from earlier videos... sometimes they would stay in the strap and I'd "wear" them for several days, but usually they fell out. But every time I noticed lavender I'd pick a piece to put in my strap!

I walked back in June/july. Through Rioja to Leon then over the San Salvador. San Salvador was incredible. I will lok forward to your next stage. Buen camino.

I always look forward to your updates on the Camino, so thank you for those. That was a great idea to visit again some of the places in Leon which to me was an exquisite city. Your thoughts on the meaning of that part of the Camino were interesting and relevant. Happy trails.

Where did you stay in Leon? Not happy with where I stayed this past spring, so looking for a great albergue. I thought that one bridge going into the city, going over the freeway, was kinda cool. Buen Camino on your next stage.

The views of the traffic on the highway made me expect that you were arriving at a bustling city. The video made it seem as charming as any of the other villages. Is that what it is really like or were in a quiet corner of town?

Lots of great cuisine shots! Excited to see the next stage off of the Frances and where you go. You once mentioned that you work in a school. When do you have to be back in the States for the start of school? How much time does summer break give you for your Camino experiences?
