To make this delicious snack, you will need:
For the dough:
4 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 tsp of salt
1 cup ice cold water
For the filling:
2 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
1and 1/4 tbs mustard( you can use any of your choice)
3 cloves minced garlic( you can use garlic powder)
2 weri weri pepper( you can also use pepper sauce)
Egg wash:
1 egg yoke
1 tbs water

Hi Ursela, Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 mins or until they are nice golden brown.. timing may vary depending on your oven.. thank you..❤️
