• LYNN'S EASY CHEESY MIN...
INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH:
2 Lbs All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Fat (includes both vegetable shortening + butter)
Ice Water for binding
FILLING:
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsps Butter
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1/2 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
Egg Wash
