It’s plainly known the issue is that food, once in Gaza, can’t be distributed well because Hamas stopped providing public services when Israel invaded Gaza. Delivering aid in an active war zone is tough. Israel can try to distribute food (like the early convoy that ended in tragedy and like 100+ deaths when people attacked/raided the convoy to get food), but the Gazan population has been threatened by Hamas not to engage with the Israelis. And Hamas doesn’t want to help because they’d be sitting ducks for the IDF and they want the casualties to be high. The upshot is that Gazans are getting screwed over. If Hamas didn’t attack Israel on the 7th, we wouldn’t be in this mess, and we wouldn’t be in this mess if Hamas fought Israel in sparsely populated areas above ground (or surrendered). The long and short of it is that Hamas caused this to happen and isn’t causing the conflict to end (unless it’s on their terms). I don’t know why the gazans aren’t rebelling against Hamas now for destroying their lives and livelihoods.

CNN Anchor is disrespectful. She should allow the former Israel's PM to speak, without interrupting his thought process. The question to the former PM regarding PM Netanyahu's political intentions wrt perceived vacillation on his visit to Washington is so nuanced, that it is scathingly unethical. PM Netanyahu was planning the release of the 10/7/23 hostages so he does not have to swap 1,000 Palestinian convicts for every one of the 120 remaining hostages in captivity (4 were reunited with their families on 6/8/24, from a daring but bloody rescue attempt in a marketplace where it is believed that the leader of Hamas was killed. The death toll for Hamas was high.) Moreover, who are the signatories to the proposed truce negotiations between Hamas, a terrorist group, and Israel's War Cabinet (being brokered by POTUS Biden)? The Palestinian people according to Middle East Eye, beneficiaries of this peace process, has clarified that Hamas and PLO do not represent them. If you confer with the US Ambassador to the UN who first vetoed the ceasefire negotiations --- the Algerian Ambassador, after conferring with the United Arab League, promoted United Palestine before the UNSC. But who is United Palestine? I suggest that you listen to UAE's Foreign Minister who predicted that more terrorists will come from the EU because of ignorance about what the Middle East is all about. Much of the misunderstanding of late, has been due to the incoherent and disjointed analysis by the news organizations (Spin Doctors). "What kind of peace is CNN seeking for Israel?"
