It works great!! You have to let the polish dry completely before you put the tape on and take it off. It takes time but it's worth it!

OOooooooooo! I'm definitely going to be trying this technique next time I stripe my nails. Only I prefer to use masking tape, or painter's tape, because it doesn't pull off the base polish like scotch tape does.
