I have to say how stunning these videos of yours are. The angles, the technique, the tips and training, the photography, the cinematogrophy, the lights, the colors, the instruction, EVERY bit of it is excellent! This is not just another nail youtuber - this is art. Both of you are the greatest team, and we are entertained, enlightened, and fully engaged as your audience! Thanks for setting a high standard I doubt anyone else will reach. This is pure magic.

Absolutely agree, everything down to the backdrop, lighting, etc is perfectly fine-tuned. Your husband clearly put a great deal of effort into becoming the world's best cameraman because he makes your work look even more beautiful than it already is, I would think every artist would kill to have such a superior cameraman and editor.

I’m highly impressed with Cameraman’s first attempt! Suzie you are a true artist and an amazing educator! You give such great criticism without being condescending. You give real advice and reiterate how hard it is and that it’s okay to fail as long as you keep working at it. Thank you for being so kind with how you educate. It’s so much easier to take what you’re doing wrong when it comes in this delivery.

this video really could not have come at a better time! i have my second set of hybrid gel nails i ever did on my nails right now, and i made sooooo many of cameraman’s mistakes. i learned so much from this! im so so excited to put what i’ve learned into practice and make different mistakes to grow and learn ☺️ a quick question that maybe someone crawling through the comments can answer, or suzie if she sees this: is there any harm to doing fills at only a week? i noticed suzie said that she had about a week’s growth on the nail cameraman did, and i haven’t found anything in my learning and furious googling to the contrary, but i just want to be sure that there wouldn’t be any adverse effects to waiting just a week before going in to reshape or fill. thanks!
@NailCareerEducation
@NailCareerEducation 2 жыл бұрын
You can do a nail whenever you see fit. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, or 9 weeks! Are used to have this one client that would come every two weeks for a fill and one day I just had to tell her you know you don’t really need a fill you could go another week and she said I know I’m picky I just want to do it now. I felt good because I cleared the air so she knew that I wasn’t trying to scam her and she verified that she’s OK with it because she’s particular. Everyone’s different. I failed clients a week or two sooner because they were going on a vacation they didn’t really need it they just wanted it current as possible. 👍🏼❤️great question

I just did my left hand today (my right hand I did 2 days ago) it was in acrylic but what you said about color difference because of the wrong application I learned a lot from that. I know what I did wrong there, it was my right hand and I’m a lefty so it’s harder to make it right. hey suzie i just completed my first set of builder gel with tips and it took me just a little over 5 hours to compleate i was wondering if you could do a video on builder gel and how to create an apex with that and tips to keep it off the side walls as its only been 4 days and my client has got a bit of lifting on her thumbs also how to get it as close to the cuticle as possible as these are the things I'm really struggling with. I done the first set on myself about a week ago and when it came to removing the nails i came across one of my nails being filed dow too much i went right through to the nail bed and skin is exposed i was wondering if you could go over how to know when to stop blending the tips in so I'm not damaging peoples natural nails, i feel like this video has helped me alot but of core builder is a lot more runny so don't have enough time to layabout with the product.

I have never seen a natural nail with a high apex. Is it just me? When I do my nails, I always try to keep the sidewalls and keep them narrow and flat. I do get a lot of compliments. Is there a video you could do on how to do that with a tip extension in either in acrylic or gel? Would love to see that. Thank you!

I hear people saying that they use rubbing alcohol to clean the nail before applying nail dehydrator and primer. But I would just like to know can you use hand sanitizer (spray)? That’s a misconception and it’s hard to help people understand, Polygel is actually a Brand. Hybrid Gel is the type of product. My Hybrid Gel is easy gel. A company call Gelish released a Hybrid Gel called Polygel. They were the first ones to release this product in the past couple of decades, so people call it Polygel but it’s actually a Hybrid Gel. I know it’s confusing but it doesn’t have to be lol

this might be a silly question... but what's the best way to get a sanding band off, that refuses to come off, the mandril bit... luckily i have 2 bits, but the sanding band just will not come off one of them...

If it’s not friction fitted and it won’t just slide off relatively easily, take a pair of nippers and you can literally rip it apart

I had the same problem and learned a trick from one of the you tube Channel’s I watch ( can’t remember which one to give them credit)…. Use an orange wood stick (or a blunt object that fits inside the sanding band area) to push the middle of the mandrill while holding the sanding band with the other hand, it comes right off. Beats holding the skinny part of the mandrill and trying to pull the band off!

When the ez gel is applied, can it be treated like an acrylic? Like it just needs to be refilled? Or does the whole thing need to come off?
