OMG YOU TAUGHT ME HOW TO DO NAILS WHEN I WAS CHILD😂 your the reason I never brought a drill you took your time and used a file the entire time. Nice to see your still doing videos.

The Adventures of Mi I agree with you. If I’m using my e-file it’s because I’m trying to get rid of to much product. If you lay the acrylic like butter their isn’t much to need a drill for. She just taught me so much

Oh yeah. I paid six grand in nail school to get my Washington state education for a nail tech license. We didn't even have a teacher at all. KZbin videos was my education even though I had to go to a school to get the 600hours needed to be able to take the state tests: A Written test and then the practical test. Of course, the tests are $200.00 apiece., so $6400.00 USD for a nail tech education in the USA. I just paid money to sit in a room, read the book, and watch KZbinrs teach me how to do nails. Thank GOD I found Kirsty!!! She taught me how to do it!! The others never said how to build a nail, just a parade of gel colors after a quick acrylic application without explanation. So I am thankful she does a great detailed examination of every step and procedure. I love her!!!!!

This is such a great teaching tutorial! Could you do this same type of video but show how you file your own nails on both hands? Since I’m not a licensed nail tech, I only practice on myself and struggle with filing, especially contouring. It’s hard to maneuver the file and/or my hand to get the right angle when filing.

Hi Kirsty. Thanks for these videos. They help me learn a lot. I’m a new nail tech and filing is one of the toughest things. When I’ve finished building the nails and polish I often find they look too thick. How do I know when I’ve thinned the nails just the right amount???

Hi Cirsty. At my salon we put on tips, file the tip to shape and then add acrylic. Could you show how to shape a tip from its normal square form to the other shapes like stiletto, ballerina and almond. It would really help. 💕💕
@Hopeandpeaceinjesus5 жыл бұрын
Kayla_Slays _ you just cut the angles off of the tip after you glue it down then file the edges and then product. I’m not a nail tech but I’m disabled and struggle to hold things this is the easiest way I found after watching another nail tech on KZbin.
