I’m looking forward to the warmer weather in spring and summer, but realize I don’t need anything new and don’t want anything new because I love my current options for those seasons. It’s a great feeling!

You inspired me to look more into good materials, I used to sweat and freeze in the same day running errands. Yesterday I bought a sweater made od 70%silk, 15%cotton and 15%cashmere for only 2€, new condition second hand!! Today I wore it and I didn't sweat, I felt comfortably cool during the day and warm at night. 😊🥰

avoiding fast fashion has improved my wardrobe so much. I've switched to thrifting online or in person instead when I want "cheap thrills"--I found a beautiful Ralph Lauren sweater at a thrift store. It was in like new condition and it cost $3 USD. It's become one of my most-worn pieces in my wardrobe.

After a couple months of watching your videos i realized i only wore and felt confortable with two pairs of bottoms and like 5 tops even though i had like 80 pieces of clothing, and now its truly a relief not having to go over all of the pieces every morning when i chose what i wear. Also now i adopted a no-polyester rule. Love your channel♥

Because it’s hard to find the right fit and they change clothes every year which is annoying because of that and then we can’t find the same thing it’s like make up you find the right color everything in the new change it! Yet we are made feel guilty because we consume so much well trying to find what works Any cases

Great tips, thanks Naja. I really like your "proof of concept" concept :-) Nobody else is talking about this much, and warning against buying duplicates, to ensure variety in your outfits. While that's true, there can be such satisfaction from knowing your outfit formulas and buying a few, high quality items that are easily interchangeable. And if you have a limited budget, you want to spend it on things you are certain will work for you. Thanks for your sensible content!

I really like this way of looking at our wardrobe and how we fill it. I realized also that I was shopping just to check the boxes, now I clearly have enough and now I can be more mindful when adding or passing on. This way of thinking about fashion is starting to work!

On fast fashion: we are never taught that an appropriate care process for fast fashion basics (aka wear-many-times, wash-many-times pieces) should be to treat these clothes as though they are somewhat delicate. Taking good care of these pieces and focusing on caring and maintaining these pieces just doesn't feel intuitive since they're inexpensive, but for some of them it is the difference between years of wear and tossing them after a season.

I think many, many of us fell into the fast-fashion trap, especially during the first two years of the pandemic. I know I did, but I’m improving, not 100% cold turkey yet, but I’m probably buying a tenth of what I did at the height of my shopping craziness!

Loving your video, as always! Your vision has really encouraged me to keep on track on a more concious shopping and aproach to my wardrobe these last two months. I only bought two items these last sales and "got away" from too many by thinking on the topics you develop, in special materials and natural fibers, my own style, and if they were winners in its categories... I wish I will do the same next summer, summertime is my fashion nightmare! 😂

I love the cost-per-wear and proof-of-concept ideas, these are guiding stars for any new purchases I make, as they get at the underlying idea of, How much will I really wear it???? Does it really suit my lifestyle, taste, aesthetic, comfort zone? Or is it just the IDEA of it that is drawing me in? Thanks for sharing!! (PS i loooove your navy coat so much) #blue 💙

I agree with having less and it being better quality in a classy wardrobe and I’m struggling with that myself. Because I’ve been buying stuff to go out for dates and go out with friends and things for intimate relationship which is a big expense

You don’t need as many clothes in the winter time cause it’s always your coat and that’s what needs to be fashionable is shoes and coat or scarf. To look classy it doesn’t take much money does Smart thinking
