Hi dr. Jayzen. Im a great fan of your interview. I think you have influenced me a lot psychologically. I have trust issues. I use my brain too much when it comes to trust. How to trust myself? How to trust someone? How to trust someone again on who they have once broken my trust but recently apologised sincerely? Beyond forgiving and forgetting, what are the other aspects I should focus on or what should I do to regain trust on them? Why am I super conscious when it comes to trust also? Majorly trust in terms of my hardwork will give me my expected or unexpected good result. Trust in terms of my future. Trust in terms of money, friendship, relatives not just on love.
