Jack Son Don't think like that. See India government will not do anything for tamil renaissance. In Harvard University, a chair is allocated only to classical languages. Tamil happens to be the last to join the list. There are 11 requirements for a language to be qualified as classical language. Tamil happens to be the only language to meet all the 11 requirements. They need $6 million to keep the tamil chair permanent. Don't think it as a problem of Harvard University or USA or US tamils. It is an attempt for global recognition of tamil as classical language, literature and civilisation. It is the responsibility of every tamil in the world who can afford. ...

"வே' என்ற ஒற்றைத் தமிழெழுத்து அல்லது தமிழ்ச் சொல்லிற்கு 'மறை' (மறைத்து வைத்தல்) என்பது பொருளாகும். 2. தாவரங்களின் வேரானது, மண்ணுக்குள் ஓடி மறைந்து கிடப்பதாலேயே அது 'வே'ர் எனப்பட்டது. 3. மறைந்திருந்து தாக்குவதாலேயே அவன் 'வே'டன் எனப்பட்டான். வேட்டையும் அப்படித்தான். 4. சுற்றிலுமிட்டு மறைத்துப் பாதுகாப்பதாலேயே 'வே'லி எனப்பட்டது. வேய்தலும் அப்படித்தான். 5. சுடுநீரில் மூலிகைகளையிட்டு, அடர்த்துணி கொண்டு நம்மை மூடிமறைத்து, அதனை முகர்ந்து நோய்போக்கும் நிகழ்வு 'வே'து பிடித்தல் எனப்பட்டது. 6. Regarding “Keezhadi” let us not precipitate the issue by blaming either the central government or the State government as it will turn into yet another Cauvery issue . Politicians may try to take advantage in their own interest that may ultimately spoil the fundamental issue of bringing the factual Tamil History itself. At the same time we will have to utilise the services of the very same Politically involved and interested people on the Tamil culture. We must take the confidence of the PM and CM to protect the entire 100 odd acres of Private Land for the excavation purpose. Every Tamilian interested in our Cultural heritage must judicially use our approach to unearth the 300 BC worth of our “Vaigai karai nagareegam”. If possible and necessary can use the direct public participation. Main issue will be to give liberal compensation to the private legitimate owners of the said land without any sort of legal issue to avoid the court of law indulgence.

It is because because Tamil younger generations are now enlightened and knowledgeable. they values their Tamil nationality and concerned about the failure of Tamilnadu state and federal governments has neglected the Tamils and Tamils history. you may call it Tamil nationalism or whatever the names but Tamil research must be conducted extensively.Indian MP's must raise this matter in the parliament. They must bring a private members motion to request funds for the excavation and to declare this area and surroundings must be declared as a sacred area. Also Tamil nadu government must pass a resolution and allocate funds. Tamil Nadu universities with related studies must get involved and be part of the study. Instead of building monuments for politician build a building for archaeological discoveries. If you do this this place will become a world renounced place for archaeologists and historians. Thus Tamilnadu can earn more money than they spent on this excavation. Al of you work toward making Keeladi a world Historic site. historic nature demand an archaeological branch established in Tamilnadu for concentrated excavation and discoveries of the ancient civilization. All these findings must be documented and published, with 3 dimention photographs. It is important and essential to make sure that more Tamil researchers must be recruited to the Indian Archaeological department. In addition a private organisation must be established with educationists and relevant people for this purpose and collect funding and continues this research. State government can acquire these lands and hand it over for this research.
