I noticed the truest teachers offer the core of their teachings for free, and KZbin works in favor of this. Yes, you can pay money to see him talk or buy his book, but it isnt necessary to receive what he has to offer. This man has shaped my mind without me paying him anything. I am grateful to him.

Genuine help for people who tend to do negative self-talk. This book makes you understand what factors are important for your own happiness and what you can get rid of in order to be emotionally strong. I read it over and over so that I can apply what the book teaches to my everyday life. I also got this sense that I’m communicating with the author through the author’s personal experiences. It’s definitely worth a purchase. search 'kit for emotional stability' on amazon. sorry for being late

From the very moment I watched my very first Eckhart video, I have not only been, for a lack of better words, somewhat 'hypnotized', but from the moment sound comes out of his mouth, I am in a super relaxed state. It is rare for any human to get and keep my attention, but for some reason, when I listen to Eckhart, I'm so at ease, and my mind immediately opens with no effort to his words of spiritual wisdom. I am eternally grateful to have found these videos and Eckhard Tolle.

First they don't want anyone know about Ukraine, me and Vatican. If they win China , they will attack Russia after Russia is lost. Suddenly, they attack India by the tanks same as Russia attack Ukraine while Ukraine didn't repair on Feb 2022 and then they will attack Japan, Viet Nam, Korea, Taiwan , Middle East and Africa. Because We don't have the paper work about the win but the paperwork just say we corporate with them . If they are serious . They must tell Taiwan, Philippines, Korea and Japan stop fighting. The reason they don't say because it is a best chance to attack those countries due to low weapons. Anyway, I have a question to Taiwan. Do you have a contract with them that Taiwan will take over China or China is belong to them either half of the land??,,?,??? Because their tanks will enter into the India .Another word, their army is on our land. Lastly; after they United all nations. They will announce to the public about the Vatican But we already forgot the bad deed of Vatican by that time same as Zeleski will claim himself Jesus. The bad thing to us , we might become their slaves because we don't have any one help us. Do you remember the Black slaves in the History.?? @BuBu-uz9qi 1 second ago That is why that man in the morning call me animal . Later; he sent a sentence ' animal and more animals. That mean we will be their slave as an animal in the future

I first discovered Eckart 7 years ago. I was at a friends house where she would hold meditations for a few ladies. We went on a coffee break, and she asked me if I would like to pick a book to read on her shelf. I picked The Power of Now. I really did not even want to get a book that day because I was feeling really sad. I remember that she told me, the book picked me,and, my life totally changed from that day . I couldn't seem to put that book down. I felt a new joy had come over me. Thank you Eckart you are my angel!!

Same in a relationship with an alcoholic: surrender and don't say anything, or leave, those are your choices. You cannot change another who doesn't want to be changed, for whatever reason, doesn't matter. I learned this personally. Thanks to ET for saying this. It will help many who hear him. ❤️

i discovered his name entirely by accident, earlier today. What he is saying has made more sense to me than anything else ive heard or seen before. For the first time I am aware of someone who describes what ive thought or felt for a long time, and it has truly brought the 'background', to the 'foreground'. If im being totally honest, I got a little emotional - and I can help but feel I was meant to discover him today.

I come from Muslim family that practiced Islam and very familiar with orthodox Christianity but the most sensible and satisfactory teaching of spirituality to me are the teaching Eckhart Tolle and Edgar Cayce. I was at a horsemanship clinic. Warwick Shiller mentioned his name. What does Eckhart Tolle have to do with horsemanship? Everything. From there the world of the Masters began to call. Yogananda, Ramana Maharshi, SadHguru, Ram Dass. When the "I AM" finally finds you, the real journey starts. All roads eventually lead to HOME. There is nowhere you need to go to find it. It really can come right through a computer screen. Amazing isn't it.

Its nothing more than simply the his ultra-calm tone, pacing, and primarily, the intonation of how he verbalizes certain sentences or phrases, along with how he utilizes the volume of his voice to aid in the articulation of certain things. No magic leaking energy voodoo happening here. Like none of that whole crazy aura and chakra nonsense talk. Of course everyone has and gives off certain energies, but its with how they communicate both in body language and verbally, and how they portray/try to portray themselves to the outside world.

I love how he reads the questions silently first and ponders them before reading them out loud. He won’t ask the question out loud until he understands it. The irony is so beautiful. He’s a man who does not define his existence with words, and as a result he is one of the few who is able to

Thank you so much for posting this video - it will become a favourite...for a number of reasons.

Yes, But Rudolf Steiner would have better answers. It is untrue that no excercise is possible when strong anger /rage tantrums: You just do the practising regularly every day, and it will influence the anger pain body. Also, the intent itself will start to resolve the issue. You may have to check and work with the Liver/ Gall bladder too, of course.

Why do you think Eckhart's message of Awakening (seeing beyond the surface world) is new? Buddha and Jesus were also men from opposite ends of the surface-world spectrum (Buddha was son of a King and Jesus was son of a Carpenter ('works with hands'). The name Buddha literally translates to 'awakened one'. -you can Google it. Jesus' teachings were always about doing for others without expecting anything in return. What is the difference? hint: nothing As Eckhart has said before (Power of Now or A New Earth) that even the very first flower was an anomaly and did not survive the first time. It may have taken many generations of a single flower (evolution) to finally produce a working product that can replicate successfully. Consider Buddha and Jesus and others who have broken free of the mental conditioning to be like these flowers. Social media is one way (vs. word of mouth in the good ol' days) to allow awakened individuals to connect to one another and start making sense of the new shift in perspective. Some people posted here that an 'accidental' discovery of Eckhart helped them understand this process of awakening. Nothing is truly an accident. (aka; the book that falls from the shelf.) peace ~Shidoshi

Shidosh: Difference is, Buddha was a human being, Christ is the son of God, God really, dwelling in the bodý of earthly Jesus from the baptism onwards for the last 3 actual years..Esotheric knowledge is not everywhere, but fully accessible. Eckart doesn't know it all, can't ask him.Christianity (the real one, not the ordinary, current, light version) really encompasses all religions and peoples, Christ is the helper of us all, other religions being no obstacle, that's how i understand it. Buddha developed from ordinary to enlightened, whereas Christ incarnated as the God spirit from start at Jordan, where Jesus prepared, steadied himself, was the vessel.Buddha went through the right human schooling through sin to holiness, whereas Christ was free of the sin, without flaw, took unto himself all our soins, a terrible, unfathomable action really, and sacrificed himself for our freeing, without any fault of his own.

A man who truly practice what he preaches. Having an ego I think only happens to him every now and again when he slips up- if he ever does. I just listen to him so I can fall asleep and I listen to him on my days off and on my ‘free’ time. I don’t ever feel I need to listen or watch anything else. He is so cute true , now he is much older his chuckles are so very endearing and his ability to laugh at himself.

The question has been asked, "Is it possible to constantly present and creative at the same time?" In this series of talks, Eckhart answers this question specifically. My own experience is the same: when I am in a truly creative mode, I am pretty much unaware of time because I am completely absorbed in what I'm doing. There's no separation between my creativity and my consciousness. The creativity flows from consciousness. Presence isn't something we think about, it's being. So we are our most creative when we are simply being creative.

From your colorful, very subjective, capitalized adjectives, trying to conclude human existence, some scientific (which only explain relative physical phenomena, far from our psyche. Can you see the finesse and the depth? or like your words, all are asleep all the time :-)?) facts from research. Here you go: "..Usually sleepers pass through five stages: 1, 2, 3, 4 and REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. These stages progress cyclically from 1 through REM then begin again with stage 1. A complete sleep cycle..". From polytheism to monotheism to Relativity to Quantum Physics to absolute Truth, humanity is awakening. Can't you see your minusculity yet the immensity in this total consciousnesses call humanity? Waki, waki. your ego is in deep sleep, not your true self.

Its amazing how Eckhart is explaining what the mind does, from a state of stillness. It gives so much insight to how you can approach that state on your own, and see that it is bliss, because you're no longer identified with reacting to the happenings of any emerging experience. Stop needing to need, and you'll feel satisfied with the moment as it is!

I have to admit to feeling very jealous of this wonderful teacher, because I understand his words but have not arrived at his attainment. As I am struggling with depression now, this is doubly true. But I return to him again and again because I love the truth of what he relates, from his place of awareness of the absolute truth and certainty of what he is telling us. I don't know why spontaneous awakenings are rare, but I am glad they occur because those who spontaneously awaken help the rest of us in huge ways. I just hope that at some point I will drop all the egoic nonsense and endless storytelling and be where Eckhart Tolle is.

Any situation or event the triggers your ego and causes you to react unconsciously. For example i might be perfectly happy until you insult the political party i identify with, and if i respond angrily it is a result of the triggered painbody. Of course it is not the political party that is upsetting me, it is the misidentification of self i feel is being insulted or "attacked".

Evan Slavic, whenever something in me starts to complain and judge others or myself ("this person is better than me in this" and stuff like that) or the thought that just arose (usually fear based) that's how I recognize the pain body arising. It's my false identity that's doing all the judging. Often it also comes with an unpleasant sensation in my stomach. When I observe it it goes away after a while. And I stopped saying hmm, now I just observe and let go. Now I prefer to call the pain body an 'inner saboteur'.:D
