Nice Germglish :D We German just can't speak English...but the amps are amazing! Going to buy a Trirec as soon as it comes into stores, hopefully it won't take too long anymore...the infinium technology and the varipower switch should be standard on any amp! Such a brilliant and simple idea, and it did not came from Marshall, oder Mesa Boogie, not even from Engl or Diezel - no! It was Behringer! :D

I've had 2 of the tri rec. First had a channel switch issue. The one I have now I traded a boss katana II 100w head for and I like it alot but honestly don't use it much compared to my peavey 6505+ combo. Wish bugera would make these still? Guitar center isn't selling anything?

It would be fun to see this amp operate with new tubes, then pull the tubes and insert allmost worn tubes and then see how INFINIUM compensates... That would be neat. Infinium will bring comfort to loads of players.... Thank you Bugera.

@Audioslayer when the amp is put on standby the lights will come on because there is no power going to them, therefore it reads a fault. When the amp is fully on all lights go off when there is no fault. If the amp was reading a fault on all tubes there would be no sound because there would be no power.

I dont understand the hate either, I've played on quite a few bugera amps - I have had mesa preamp tubes on my twin for years now, its just like having fender strings on a suhr or a les paul. Cheers people!!
@Jmnabinger91

I think the reason people are hating on Bugera is because they make their amps LOOK a lot like other amps. The 6262 looks just like a 5150 or 6505. The Magician looks a lot like a Mark IV or V. The Trirec looks like an ENGL, and the name makes you (or at least me) think "triple rectifier...mesa boogie." It seems like Bugera is actually trying to imitate other amps. Plus they do have a lot of features in common with those amps. coincidence? idk. The 6262 is the only one that i've ever liked.

I play through a MK V, but that doesn't mean I'm going to slam a Brugera because of it's price point! This amp sounds great! I don't look for price, when it comes to gear. I've played through some so called"boutique" amps, where the price was outrageous, and they sounded terrible, but because of the brand and price, and name on it, everyone in the room loved it! The price of gear and guitars DO need to come down! I'm going to look at reliability, and if where you buy it, does repairs and setups.

The infinium technology is quite an extra feature, especially to be on a "budget" amplifier the only other amps that i have seen that does anything similiar to this is engl so for budget company like bugera to do it, that says alot. i wish more companies would get hip to this. we as players just wanna play and not mess with biasing.

I just don't get the Bugera hate... These amps are great for upcoming guitar players! I own a 333XL combo and I love it, it is awesome for the music that I play. Will I play Bugera forever? Maybe not, but as long as I can't afford a Mesa or a Diezel or a ENGL amp, I will use and support Bugera amplifier's! So please haters... stop hating!

I hope the trirec and magician live up to their hype, cause you can get a used mesa mark 3/4 or a dual rec for about the same price without the infamous fire starting rep that bugera has. good luck bugera!

I could understand the magician looking like the messa. And to be honest I would say that its a fair statement that jmnabinger91 made. I would only say though that to some degree even the original amps have cosmetics in common with completely different amps. Take the soldano's for instance. In many cases they use a tight mesh panel with the company name displayed on it. Much like both the 6262 and the 6505.

I would just like to say that though I hear everybody call Bugera a knock off company, I have always thought that they really kind of have their own sound all together. I have been making a living as a studio musician for about 13 years now and I use a 333XL, a 1960, and will probably be getting a Magician soon. I really feel that simply because they put out an amp that has certain features in common with another amp doesn't make it a knock off. There are quite a few amps with eq's, but....

Even if you had the money you wouldn't be able to get one as they don't even have a release date yet. And yes the Trirec is basically a Boogie but a hell of a lot cheaper. In Germany it would be cheaper to buy a solid gold amp than a Boogie, their price over here is ridiculous! I'm originally from New Zealand where all gear is way overpriced, but Boogies are still cheaper, lol.

I'm approving your opinion 100%...classic rock guitar sound is boring and should only applied to amp wich are mostly made for that kind of sound. And I do think this rectifier tone should definitely have guitar with EMG actif pickup. It would really enhanced the sound of wich this amp was made for in my opinion.

Why is i the camera man spends as much time filming the guy strum 4 chords while the controls are being adjusted as filming the controls being adjusted? I don't need a chord lesson, but the sound and how to shape the sound as this is an amplifier, that's what I'm interested in seeing/hearing. It isn't like Paul Gilbert or Tony MacAlpine were doing the demo!

I don't mind the tone of this amp from the demo honestly, I own a Triple Rectifier myself. But I just hate how Bugera is just feeding off other's ideas and then claiming its theirs. Atleast say some shit along the line of "Inspired by Mesa Boogie" or something.

these amps on the road. They have always held their own. Furthermore, I have owned 2 Mesa Boogie amps, both of which spent more time in the shop then in my rig! I later found out that on top of that, the amps would'nt have that "Mesa sound" unless I further modded them out. Why am I spending 3 grand on an amp that I have to mod out further... thats dumb! So enough with all the brand-envy ridden wanktards! I know most of them can't hear what they think they can anyway!

It is hilarious that everyone who demos these amps just ignores the begging question "So why did you blatantly copy everybody elses amp designs?" guess it would be in bad taste. Got to admit though, the ones I've heard sound pretty good, as good as the orginals? Well, maybe not but certainly good enough given the price, at the end of the day I dont get hot under the collar about it, I'll just buy what suits me best, if its a bugera, so be it.

It's so stupid hearing people complain saying Bugera "blatantly copies" other amp designs. Marshall blatantly copied another predecessor's designs when they came into the picture. They barely changed anything from it but "Marshall is a legend" so it's ok. Lol Same thing goes for Peavey and several other companies. They've been taking the gear that was "vintage" to your grandpa and repackaged it in their own housing and name on it but started 30+ years before the curve but nobody looks into that because they see a "no-name" company come out of the woodwork and produce similar amps for half the price and it's a bad thing. Remember that when Gibson started (especially making electric guitars) there were "classical" lutiers that most likely saw them as modern punks that would never gain common appeal to the traditional approach and taste of private classical lutiers and craftsmanship of the "old ways". Times have moved on and changed and if you think that Marshall, Gibson, Mesa and all the lot of the "vintage" "boutique" hype is going to still be the standard then you're sadly mistaken. The future will be modern takes on old school "crap" and there will be the "tone" snobs sitting on their 80 year old rear ends shaking their cane at all these modern punks who embraced difference and broke free from the all-consuming hype of "industry standard" vintage/boutique mumbo-jumbo. 50 years from now Bugera will be a relic and people will look back and wonder why everyone bought into the amp "brand" propaganda and realized that it was all in their head. Funny how none of these "top notch" brands have ever come up with a self-biasing amp. Why? Because they didn't go into business to give a crap about any of the consumers and how much money they would invest in their lifetime on stuff like that. All they wanted was to take your money and don't care after that. Capitalism always succeeds. ;) And who cares if TKK isn't a great guitarist? He takes his time to show you gear you probably couldn't afford. So he's better than any nay-sayer on youtube. TKK is a better person than most people. Humble guy and that's priceless.

that in and of its self doesn't make it a knock off of a Mark IV or V. I incourage people to look at these amps and judge them on THEIR OWN TONE. Stop trying to compare them to other brands. I think its a waste of time to do that with any amp. Carvin gets the same shit about the V3. People try to compare it to a Bogner or a Mesa and its not.... ITS A V3! In that same vein this is not a mark IV ITS A BUGERA MAGICIAN. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company and I have used

No shit. The Twinkie King didn't do any better with his vast vocabulary of 5th power chords backed by pseudo claptonesque noodling. Couldn't they at least find a metalhead in the house? Even a jazz player would give us an example of how the distortion could articulate a complex chord, Twinkie doesn't even know how to form a triad, let alone a 7th or 9th...

the most noticeable thing is that Bugera in not even able to copy an amp...these amps sounds harsh and poor as hell...incomparable to the original amps they (try to) copy. They can add special features, switches, controls but they remain poor quality, sounding amps...guys do yourself a favour, if you want to save your money buy a used well built amp instead of these.... Peace and love Carlo

And by the way, stop with the open chord playing on gain channels. It's one thing when your displaying an vintage crunch or something with an over all VOX stone temple pilots grit sound, but this dude's up there playing open chords on the modern lead channel of the tri-rec for Gods sake. NO ONE IS GOING TO PLAY THAT AMP IN THAT MANNER HENCE THIS DEMO IS FAIRLY USELESS!!!! Come on guys a little common sense hmmm? Chug some metal!
