I am so very glad you went to the hospital and were thoroughly checked out. Now they will have all this in your medical records and they can refer back to it later if you have another emergency in the future. Never feel bad about calling 911. That’s what they are there for and it’s better to be safe than sorry. Like Aaron said, he couldn’t deal with it if you had a later worse case scenario and had delayed any further in getting to the hospital. Money can be taken care of but YOU cannot be replaced. Take good care of you! God bless you all. May you each get some good rest tonight! 🤗🥰

Yes I so agree, anxiety disorder is a weird thing the best way I can describe it is for some reason something triggers your body to release a ton of adrenaline and it puts you in that fight or flight mode.

Been there too after losing our son. He was born at 24 weeks & passed during delivery & the anxiety became so bad a month or so after. I lived with it for months & then landed in emergency 3 times. Each time they said the same thing that the only thing that caused my feeling of not being able to take a deep breath in was anxiety. I finally gave in & started to take meds!

I'm glad you got checked, a lot of the words you used sounded similar to my MS, but I also have had panic/anxiety attcks in the past. So I can relate a lot to the words your saying. Ot does sound similar to a leg spasticity and the internal tremor buzzing feelin I get with MS. Also I just started high blood pressure meds a year ago and it really felt so off, I coudn't even explain it. I hope you stay well, happy your family had a plan with Ana!

Ana keeps her head & figures the situation out. I think she knows if she's upset it would upset you. She is a super smart girl! Triggers for panic attacks can include overbreathing & long periods of stress. You definitely have been under stress. There are some major differences between panic & anxiety and you can have a mixture of both symptoms at the same time. So glad you are feeling better. Better to be safe than sorry. Ana, you & Gemelli take care of those two.

Oh boy! What a horrible start to the day. I’m glad you are feeling better now. Sounds like you had a vasovagal syncope episode. That Vagus Nerve is an angry little monster when it wants to be and it effects the entire body. My mom had an episode similar to yours a couple of months ago. She was fine one minute and the next I was calling an ambulance. They ran every single test they could on her and they all came back fine. It was ruled as a Vagus Nerve Response. Scary stuff, but thankfully not serious. Scared us both pretty good though. Hopefully you never have to deal with another episode.

I have had issues with vasovagal syncope pretty much all my life. I used to think it was normal for people to pass out once in a while (lol) My episodes have usually been triggered by anxiety or stomach pain, so I get it! I learned a lot about it once I was diagnosed. Good news is it isn't a dangerous condition (although scary) the worst worry is injury from falls.

That's the worst part about the anxiety disorder. It feels/acts/looks like a heart attack or a PE or 1000000 other things so you THINK it's PROBABLY just anxiety but you never know and with Ana, it's really hard to just wish/hope it's nothing and not be sure. :( I hate it so much!!!!
