Dual Income, kid(s), super stable jobs, selfish, vain, very unhappy/angry marriage and MISERABLE from overworking to support being in an expensive part of DC metro. Whats a diffrent between first and second degree murder ??? any body knows ??

First degree is harder to prove as they must prove intent, planning, premeditation, things like that.
