just continue to read whatever u want and take ur time adjusting every thing and correcting ur form and weight..don't think about anyone and on ur workout..believe me everybody is busy with his things...have a good day :)❤️

Thanks so much! This video has given me confidence to go up to these machines again. I get so disheartened not knowing what to do, how to make adjustments and then in my gym there’s always tons of men standing around that makes me overwhelmed! But this video makes me feel like I can try again!

My local gym had a women only area but then guess what the men did, they sued the gym stating that the area was biased and unfair and won! Look up women only gym CT Absolutely horrendous, I’ve chosen a gym based on the worse reviews and the facts many people commented it is full of old and pt patients 😂

I've been lifting for 8 months and always had no idea how to switch out the attachments for the machines, i was to shy to ask and it sometimes limited my routine. Now i finally know, your a lifesaver!

I was so unfamiliar with upper body gym equipment so I would skip it or use free weights. Thanks to you I will confidently use the upper body machines.

Just started going to the gym. I’m not new to working out and weights. But I found getting out on the floor and using the machines to be a bit intimidating. I felt silly needing to read the side of the machine to see how to use it. Thank you for creating these videos. You’re helping me and so many others TREMENDOUSLY! 💕

I thought I was the only one who had to stand on the seat to reach the bar for the Lat Pulldown!! I’m really short and I would feel so silly doing it. Lol you’re amazing. 😂

Thanks for demonstrating the pectoral fly machine. Saw a woman at the local gym using it facing the weights and made me think I'd been using it wrong - had no idea it was a 2-in-1 machine. Now I know for next time.

Your videos, tips from experience, and hard work are all greatly appreciated. I'm new to the gym and love going, but still get anxiety around asking for help or taking a moment to examine the machine if the gym is more than half full. Then I end up sticking to only what I know 😂 It's getting better. I'm learning more and am less anxious.

I recently learned that you can use that toe-separator-looking thing to put under your selected weight. This muffles the sound when you drop the weight as to not bother other people. :)

This video is so helpful! I’ve been going to the gym for about a month now and have been intimidated by some of these machines. This explanation of each one was perfect and easy to understand. Also, it’s cool that you blurred out the faces of other people in the gym with you! Not many people who record in the gym think to do that.

This was single-handedly the most useful video I found !! You can sometimes find a lot of people in the gym doing the exercises differently, so it's hard to know which is the right way! Thank you for the video and Cheers from Tegucigalpa, Honduras! 👾

Thank you for this! I love doing HIIT at home. It’s my favorite way to workout, but wanted to add weights and well.., I don’t have weights lol. Long story short joined a gym and felt like a fish out of water my first day. I’m not use to not knowing what to do. Hopefully this will help me 🤟🏽 thanks for posting

Those diagrams and pictures look really informative. None of the equipment in our apartment gym has instructions. We just pretty much try to not look too stupid while winging it. Thank you for this video. You're very clear and detailed. I'm gonna go with my son to the gym tomorrow and act like I've known what to do all along.😁😂🤣

I just began fitness and lifting, what I did was to hire a personal coach to be sure I had a good program and how to use the machine. It helps me to feel more confident, I would recommend this to every person !

Nuno Filipe I know.. Yes totally ! It’s exactly what I’m doing, just one hour to know what and how to work the upper body, one hour for the lower body, and then I think I will do one hour per month just to see the changes and stuff. I have my program and will keep it :)

Anytime you should be able to ask for weight machine orientation and they will get someone to show you how to use the machines properly.

perfect , with your advices , i got more performance , more mobility, enhance, and shredded muscle starts appearing ... but still don't know ( belly fat and side belly fat how to destroy them.) big fitness thanks ... tell your husband my hi and my thanks to both of you .😉
