"I would like to leave this city This old town don't smell too pretty" - I am 26 years and I live in a depressing city called Dhaka. There is so much pollution, light, people, and noise. It's lost its touch with nature. And I feel suffocated living and stuck in this city. My heart doesn’t belong here anymore. I want to watch stars when the sun goes down, I want no buildings on my horizon, only trees, ground, and sky. This song with its music video made me realize all these thoughts. This song reminds me of all the falls and fountains I have visited. This song reminds me of my happiest days camping in the seclusion of the mountains. This song touches my heart, it licks the wounds there. I love this song

Lyrics: It pours over me This unwritten tome of despair From the depths of nothingness, I see you in the distance I feel your presence in every fibre of my being These dreams came to nothing They scatter on the wind With the shadows of our ghosts These fears are all you left me To drown what I have lost So let these waters rise Droplets of rain circle around me My footsteps resounding in my head The lightning cracks and illuminates all It beckons me to follow To reach the source Of that which cannot be uttered Yet impossible to remain silent on Inundated, I stand Broken, I struggle Dead, I wither My body, crumbles into dust These dreams came to nothing They scatter on the wind With the shadows of our ghosts These fears are all you left me To drown what I have lost So let these waters rise Battle the current and swim against the stream One last struggle to convince the tide that we’re worthy One final look at your face will suffice End this senseless tirade of doubt and fear Permit closure and if everything is to be, then let it rain down on us! For it will take over one way or another It’s up to us how we bid each other farewell Let it drench this annihilated land Let it reclaim its rightful place Let it consume all that we are! The ink begins to dry out The chronicle concludes Nothing more left to say I vanish from existence...

I like the combo very much when done right. And here it is absolute perfection. I^m in love with this lady. So delicate looking, gorgeous and she brings the exact great final touch to this piece. She's the final 'ooomph' to the song where the harsh vocals already brought it. Also the spare quiet moment drops are what lifts a song like this to real epic proprortions. Everything is done right! And extra shout out to the drummer, amazing job je did here, love it.

Know this band from mist of misery. I've not had emotions from listening to black metal for long time, but this one just gave me goosebumps. Really beautiful, wish the vocal was a bit louder than the music. Still, an atmospheric black song (or death blackened you name it) that proves extreme metal can express whole range of emotions, beauty and hope in it, not just anger and depression.
