You are so right Andrew! They know when you know who they are. I was the family scapegoat for 50 years. Both of my parents are Narcissists. My dad is a covert narcissist and my mom is a malignant narcissist. My whole life they adored and gave my siblings everything they wanted and never gave me a thing. Both of my siblings are now narcissists. 5 years ago they all lied and betrayed me. It was the straw that broke the camels back and was a watershed moment. Both of my parents realized I knew. My dad slithered away like a snake hiding like the coward he is. My mom vacillated between please forgive me and I didn't do anything wrong. I know that this was God's way of getting me out of the abusive family system. I am trusting God to make it up to me. He has adopted me as His own. It has been a painful journey but I know it had to happen. May God Bless You Andrew.

It’s really disgusting what they do and it’s no mistake. The insults were so subtle they almost went undetected. I died a slow painful death every time when around him, tiny slits. All cuts on the inside. My ex-narc would demand every bit of my undivided attention, everything was all about him. It was exhausting, my energy was completely drained. I could not breathe. Being kept in a constant state of fight or flight took its toll to say the least. I’m so grateful to be out of that hell. I’m slowly building myself back up. I was discarded because I was a bad supply. I kept reminding him of his shame. Especially in the end, after I started psychotherapy and consuming videos like yours... Before this knowledge I was the perfect supply. I am 3 months out and the other day he called me "toxic" after I just spoke up and I voiced my opinion during a phone call. After that and without apologising he said:" I am so worried about you, this is so not you.. Are you feeling okay?? You are so dear to my heart, let me know if I can help"!!!! Gaslighting in all its glory. At least now I know that it was yet again another projection and I did not take it personally. Thank God I have this knowledge now. Thanks Andrew. It's like matter and anti-matter. The universe created both to combat and fight one another to keep everything in balance. The empath and the narcissist. The beauty and the beast. The dark and the light. I had become confused. I had been sucked in. But my core was still there. When it got weird, and the usury became blatantly apparent, my weakened but inextinguishable inner flame said, 'this is going to get messy and painful, but no more of this. You need to stand up for your dignity'. I knew nothing about narcissism. I didn't understand what was happening or what was about to happen, I just knew intuitively that things had to change or end. When I asked for change, she chose the end. Change was not possible for her. She knew that I saw through her mask and she was deeply ashamed. It took me a long time to become educated about what happened, but today I feel stronger than I have in a very long time. The narcissists, through their cruel ways thought they could destroy us. They only made us stronger.

I grew up in a narcissistic family system with a narc dad and an enmeshed, enabler mom. For my first 4 years of life, I was the only child, daddy's little girl/princess. Then my younger brorher was born and Scott became the GC my dad could "mould" into his own image. I often felt alien and excluded in my own family. Mom had narcissistic "fleas." Yet I believe she's the only one who's ever really loved me. My family fell apart when she died due to metastatic breast cancer. Since then, so many lies, deceptions & falsehoods have come to light and it just makes my heart sick. All the manipulating, undermining, gaslighting, bread crumbing, future faking, isolation, hypervigilance, anxiety, depression & addiction... *sigh* I'm just so tired of it all.😢💔 Andrew, thank you for all you do❣

Great video Andrew. In my narcissistic relationship I went into the relationship very blind I also didn't think that someone could be so hurtful and selfish. I didn't know that it was him, he was evil and abusive he made it seem like there was something wrong with me. He would always tell me it was my fault that he was angry and that I was sick. I actually believed him at first, but towards the end I already knew he was seeing someone else I felt the change in him, he kept denying it up until I saw him get into the new supplies car and abandon me like garbage. I now know that I really don't need anything from him, and I'm doing better by myself. I'm still healing but I'm in a much better place than I've ever been. my narc pursued me for 20 yrs. i finally tok pity on him and gave him a chance. he lovebombed me and made me feel so guilty for not giving him a chance, then he tried distancing. the minute that started i ended it with him. he tried reaching out a few times but i maintained no contact. it really made me feel stupid and like he played me because all along he just wanted sex. from watching your videos i realised i wasn't stupid at all. i was actually very smart for ending it when i did. 2 months of him being an absolute prick, but glad i saw him for what he was and didn't end up suffering longer than i should.

@@emilywilson7308 I stress ate on ice cream I just had to get home and everything and take something for a headache and walked around I didn’t get enough steps today but tomorrow I will go on a walk we just been busy but I usually walk 10,000 steps or more and exercise I’m saving it all for tomorrow and doing two shows they are low impact one is just like some stretching

This is an eyeopening share. He tried to hoover, but I was on to him. He repeated his behaviour with the gal after me by hoovering. She has kicked his ass to the curb. She thanked me for warning her. Breaking the trauma bond was hell. I am free and enjoying life. Sadly I lost my adult daughter to him (he’s stepdad) and that was a huge heartbreaking fallout. 😢

How a covert friend responds confirms it too . Doesn’t take long either , you distance for three days they start getting antsy . They take your distancing so personal, so passive aggressive , even try to mimic your ignoring attempts. For all they know you are distancing yourself because you are depressed. A real friend would check in on you , offer to help . That happened to me I was distancing myself it was mostly due to work & little bit of my suspicion of being a covert . They showed their true colors slipping all types of passive undertones when I finally did answer . She played herself , I pulled back all the way.

I mimicked this person's behavior back to them, minus the damaging acts that were committed against me. Guess who was constantly freaking out and calling me a narcissist? Glad the behavior is recognized. Same people who will do a bunch of illegal shit, get caught, have illegal money frozen, then steal money from you, because this guy imagines that you had something to do with their money loss, even though you let them know you reported scraping and identity theft against you. Don't ever trust anyone who engages in phishing schemes, raids drug houses, but opens one, or is using a spying listening device to tip off a scam call center, or anything else to do with exploiting vulnerable people. I found out the only way anyone recognized me in public (where the few people were gang -stalking) was something I normally wore, that other people did not. No one actually recognizes me otherwise, seeing as they were smart enough to not text a bunch of people to attack me. I'm not wearing what I used to out in public any more. I seriously doubt anyone recognizes me without that. There are many people I am related to, even, that I never want to see again. Tbh, everyone involved in this is implicated in a federal investigation, which I'm going to sit and laugh my ass off about. Like the guy camped out next to my house who keeps starting his car up to harass me, and has been doing so for three weeks Took photo, video, and pulled driver's license. Would be a shame if they lost their drivers license and car registration. Huh.

Yes I'm currently am still stuck a bit in my trauma bond but am diligently working daily to break free mentally, emotionally and physically. I have, however broken our soul tie by delivering my self in my living room with Jesus Christ. After praying for my soul tie to be broken in Jesus name, I physically FELT the weight come off of me. Oh one day I made a big boo-boo (was under video surveillance) and heard the phone blinging, glanced at it, saw it was another narc demand and walked away (probably the 20 recommended minutes you mentioned in this video and long before knowing what was happening as it was devalue and pre-discard). The phone rang and I got quite the verbal bashing. Really I was testing to see if I was under surveillance (which rooms of the home) as the narc was not home at the time. These creatures are rage-filled MONSTERS 👺 and nobody deserves this. I didn’t have a name for what I was dealing with, but I knew it was evil. That’s long ago, but go ahead and test your situation if anyone is still in it (and be careful. Have a safe exit plan). I’m Long long out of it and enjoying myself now thanks to God, Andrew and this community. Thank you ❤🙏

My daughter’s narcissistic ex boy friend came back to her today. She lives in a 5th wheel trailer and he blocked the exit by sitting in the doorway and pored gasoline over himself, threatened to kill himself and my daughter. This guy is realizing that he’s lost my daughter, now I can only hope this will wake her up and the courts. Thanks Andrew, I had to watch this twice today. Once before the blue lights and after noticing them out my kitchen window. I’m so thankful I still have a daughter tonight. Thank God💕

My son’s entire life is ruined - isolated - cannot even talk to me any longer! I blame him though, he chose this … LOVE you can’t unsee what you’ve seen - I even wondered if my adult son was drugged - this person has a whole agenda depending on her audience! I’ve dealt with this shit going on almost 2 years! Lost a son to this pure shit! True criminals are never behind bars! No green card too … parents - friends - all family members squatting @ my son’s and no invitation to me - the isolation/control/ power - now “anchor baby” on the way and a high high risk pregnancy! PCOS - hypoglycemia - thyroid problems - now my grandchild’s life at high risk & possible grave outcomes! I love you man! And I knew at “hello” with this woman - I warned my grown child & he wouldn’t & will not hear it - it’s like a Jerry Springer show! And everyone’s drinking & slurping up all the Koolaide & saying I’m the problem. Actually fearful for my son’s life!

They cannot always be abusive, because if they were always abusive, their targets would leave. Abusers know they also need to pretend to be nice, this is how they create trauma bonding. Once you are trauma bonded, they can increase their abuse and they will test how much more abuse they can impose on to you, and then instead of apologizing, they will pretend the abuse did not happen, or else they will blame you for the abuse. And then they will pretend to be nice again to give you a false sense of security and happiness, and also to confuse you. They are hoping you will begin to question your own sanity and to have a nervous breakdown. It's a constant game of being fake nice and then abusive. And they will trash talk you to others, point out your faults and even lie about you to make you look bad. If you are aware of all of this and you understand it, and you protect yourself by staying true to yourself, be self confident, seek counseling, stay focused on your life and your priorities, and making the narcissist the last priority in your life, you will be ok. I am very sorry, these narcissists and also those with narcissistic traits are every where, you cannot exacpe all of them, you need to learn how to protect yourself, defend yourself and to be safe and healthy. Please be safe and take care of yoursel!!!
