Again, just awesome content. I'm sorry you know what I know. They are all the same and I expected everyone knew what this was since it's so common today. All this is why they 'data gather' and pilfer your entire life to get something on you to extort your reputation. They have more shame than anyone possibly could and is why they LOVE to shame you with something from your past. We all have one but they never took responsibility for their actions so easier for them to play righteous while trying to expose our past. I know how to get them good and you have to use the truth! That is the Holy Water to these vampires.

Man did that just rock me. I put things on Facebook and felt bad. I deleted it . But when I get to overwhelmed with my thoughts I put it back up on Facebook. My ex has 12 charges to deal with and I came away with stab wounds. I'm still on the road to recovery. Not much help anywhere. Just dealing with it myself the best I can

I feel for you. My help came from God Himself - yeah...He is there to help us when we need Him. I forgave the narcs who'd been so nasty to me, because that's what God wants those who have faith to do. Three years later one of them had a massive stroke which left her wheelchair bound for life. The other one lost her job. I thought of taking them to court, but court cases are expensive, and there is no certainty that justice would be given to me (I live in the UK and a villain can go free while a victim gets further victimised - there's no justice here). Leave evil people to the Almighty and He'll deal with them according to their sin.

Stop smoking weed cold turkey almost 3 mounts strong after 10years also went cold turkey on caffeine and working on alcohol let’s just say the narcissist inspired me I I realize that those things made it easier for mine to control me and she sees me on this recovery path and she hates it
