The definitive recording of this jazz classic is by Bill Evans, with other notable recordings by Cannonball Adderley and Joe Henderson. Paul Murtha's arrangement for developing groups features a Latin style on the head then switches to swing on the bridge. This really nice chart also includes very effective writing for all sections of the band as well as written or improvised solo space for alto sax. Highly recommended!

A nice arrangement of a classic composition. It keeps the spirit of the tune in my opinion.

Lovely. Ends too soon! I believe Miles would follow up on this feeling..but making it more edgy and SciFi, with Zawinal's help...on "In a Silent Way."

Miles Davis is the composer, so not THAT misleading. (composers/songwriters rarely get the credit they deserve)

Miles wrote it, but Chet played it much better. On the other hand, I prefer Miles’ versions of Four (which he also wrote).
