It's somewhat logical if you think about it. He's so happy about really tasty food coming his way and it makes him laugh uncontrollably, therefore "hilarious". Well, why not. If anything good can be "literally awesome", then why can't good food be "hilarious"? I think he stumbled upon some interesting use for the word, and he should turn it into a catch phrase for this show, for real!

he's translating "literally", there is a phrase thats used often that goes like "i cant stand it its so good, it out of this world" and that word rhymes with hilarious in mongolian, pretty sure its that, if not im ready to hear what others have to say remember, english is his probably 3rd or 4th language, im mongolian and english is my 4th language, mongolia, russian, chinese, and english and french

Here in Zimbabwe, we cook the beef in a stew or curry, then eat the meat off the bone, and slurp out the marrow from the bone like a straw.

Bone-marrow soup is very common in Brazil. Bodybuilders and people on a diet love it. This soup does not raise sugar levels and is very nutritious. And the best part is... it's cheap to make it!!

Here in the Philippines, we have a similar dish called Bulalo. While considered as healthy in Mongolia, here in my country it is considered as something so good but will give you either a heart attack or a stroke if you eat too much bone marrow.

In West Java, we used to add narrow into mashed tofu, wrapped it with banana leaf and steam it. We have narrow bone soup too but in different way to eat, we slurp the narrow right from the bone with straw.
