The lightfall story was ok I guess I don't understand what happen in the ending. Saying the Traveler is dead all of Sudden and we should be Prepared for something that the story doesn't explain. I never been so disappointed in Bungie thinking they will Finally give us something but Nope nothing at all not even titan Strand was great it fun but could've been better

Lightfall checklist Gameplay: Amazing Strand: Amazing Lore: Interesting with confusion Story: What the fuck is this shit?! Story was way too focused on mastering Strand to defeat Calus with no indication as to what the Veil actually was. Didn't help that Strand messed up a lot of builds in the process and ended up worsening from being quick cooldowns to painfully slow. 52 seconds on the Grapple at 100 Discipline is too long for something that is traversal. Not to mention that ridiculous cooldown to use another right after. Back to the story...If the Radial Mast was a source of Light and was required to connect to the Veil, then wouldn't it have been obvious that our Ghost would've possessed that exact same source? In short: Too much focus on Strand. Not enough focus to the actual threats. Edit: Nimbus I didn't mind too much but after hearing so many repeat lines, he did get annoying. Rather hear Nezerec whisper for hours than listen to Nimbus go on whenever a Public Event happens. Edit 2: Had no friends to disappoint because I haven't got any to disappoint. They all left during the year of Witch Queen when things got too much irl to cope with.

My thoughts exactly on the ghost situation it should’ve been obvious but somehow not? The cool downs are actually stupid something I hear no one else talking about which means I have to do it is the fact that the cooldown to make tangles screws with so many fragments and is disruptive to the gameplay itself

15 secomds on the cooldown for Tangles feels unforgiving. They may hit hard but that long of a cooldown makes them pointless aside from a free grapple. Like gaining Woven Mail when destroying a Tangle sounds nice but not worth an Aspect slot. Could've easily just been a Fragment like the orb one giving Woven.

the only problem the majority of people have with lightfall is the narrative direction, literally everything else is 10/10, strand, neomuna, the seasonal activities, etc. don't know why people think it's cool to hop on the bandwagon of shitting on bungie, as usual.

Storywise this is the worst campaign ever created (after the curst of Osiris). But I don't care too much about it...and I'm not a lore guy, so I took it easy. But gameplaywise this is the best campaign ever created, especially the Calus fight that was way better then Savatun one.
