I just recently got to meet Knobbs and Sags at a meet and greet in my hometown. I recommend it to any fan of the Nasty Boys. Those guys truly appreciated all the fans that were there. They were extremely talkative and made eveyone feel special. You could tell that they actually wanted to be there. Top notch guys!

It was fun listening to this entire interview. It's good to see Knobbs in good spirits and doing well. I remember sitting in the front row and seeing the Nasty Boys at the old Hershey Pennsylvania Arena in the late 80s. My girlfriend was yelling at them and accusing them of cheating. Knobbs jumped out of the ring, ran up to her, and yelled at her, "You shut your FACE, old lady"! She was stunned. When she regained her composure she said to me, "They really are nasty"! It has been about 40 years since that happened and we still laugh about it every time it crosses our mind. 😂👍

Should be for wwf/wcw and ECW. Dudes have been around and actually viable wrestling for 30+yrs where as other wrestling get paid to just show up after a certain amount of time in the business. Knobbs and Saggs never mailed it in like other old wrestlers

Ran into Knobbs ove the summer out in Clearwater FL he had been at Hogans beach shop signing photos & was outside of a small shopping center as we walked past, i stopped for a quick sec to b sure it was who i thought it was and said to my two sons say hello to Mr. Brian Knobbs my youngest says from the Nasty boys with the splatter paint Knobbs confirmed to my son & popped that such a young boy knew who he was, our interaction was very breif as we didnt want to bother him but he was very kind and approachable to my kids. 🙌🎆

The Nasty Boys & Demolition need to be in the Hall Of Fame...I know there time is coming. But they really deserve it. In the other hand, Wow Brain Knobs looks the same and hasn't aged...he still looks the same as he did, when I was a child...and I'm 42 now. That man has been through blood baths, and brutal brawls, and crazy times, and look at him, it's like he's been in the freezer for decades and taken out and looks the same. He has no Rincles..holy Crap🤷 But unfortunately his partner Sags has aged. .. not Knobs.

Willie Nelson was on King Of The Hill along with Tom Petty and Britney Murphy. I guess he is still trying to pay off the IRS. Funny I always thought the Nasty were like Sid and Johnny Rotten. Punk as Road Warriors were Metal with Iron Man Black Sabbath. I mostly remember them in AWA don't think they did great in the later companies. I could tell their clothing came from Big and Tall. Was not easy to eat when talked about crapping out his Cadillac or some other stories. I know Andre from security at Nassau was stanky hehe. Saggs had rough luck. Interesting how they got started. I got a signed picture from George Animal Steele somewhere. Barbarian getting stooged out for shaving eyebrows. If only shave one or right down middle its best. I remember Steiner dropping on noggin. The Jelly Fish heh. Hall I think caught one with chair.

What makes you think they didn’t do great after the AWA? They won the titles in WWF and WCW. I’d say they got better after the AWA

@@dinobravo8630 Well I lived during that Era so I'd say it was my personal reaction to the product. Tag Wrestling went from the Top of Card to Bottom of Barrel during that time too. Even Road Warriors didn't have a great run in WWF. They had the Puppet or maybe managed by Sunny as Delight or Highlight. Legion Of Doom I still have my AWA Remco Figures. I don't think they got any made. The WWF has singles wrestlers thrown together winning Championships for Tag. WCW kinda pushed most of that wrestling to the Saturday or lower shows. Winning Titles is often for those who need it to get over or that are not good or great workers. I think Hall injured Saggs with a chair spot on WCW too. So I don't think he was the same or able to work well then. I think it got him sideways the corner like. Its like saying Mike Awesome was Great there winning Hardcore Title or in WCW compared to ECW. If you were watching WWE then it probably is Nostalgia. I grew up with AWA especially on ESPN even having my Wood Wrestling Ring with all the figures. I only got Hogan along with Iron Sheik for the Rubber WWF version. I don't have positive memories of that company unless its the Ice Cream Bars or Saturday Night Main Event. Ricky Steamboat had his best runs in NWA especially winning Title over Flair. Many might recall him in WWF or think he was better there for the Jake Snake or Macho Man feuds.
