This guy is so cool. Saw him up in Greeley with Deanna Bogart. After the show which was a small venue he and Deanna stuck around and chatted with the fans. That was pretty damned cool. It was a perfect show. I was so excited I had tears running down my face. I never thought I would get to see him. You see a few months prior I was facing the grim reaper. I was given twelve hours to live. I had been involved in a very nasty fall at work. It didn’t bother me I was so out of it. I remember I was laying there crying in pain and my wonderful wife asked me what places in the world I would like to see. I vaguely remember telling her that I would like to see a few bands some I had some not. The first name was Tommy then it was JJGrey and MoFro and a few others. Well for some reason I really don’t understand I made it obviously. Then Lo and behold two months later who do I see coming to Colorado, Tommy Castro. Not only that but to Greeley. That was weird. Why? I graduated from UNC in 1980 and hadn’t been back since, until this guy and Deanna came along. Go see him. Just to finish the story JJGrey came to town. That I never thought would happen let alone he played at my most favorite venue RED ROCKS AMPHITHEATER. Moral of the story for me, well don’t give up on your dreams and don’t give up on life. You just never know what good things are coming down the pike.

I went to a bar in Taylor Michigan 20 or so years ago. Been hooked ever sense. Tommy Castro is a legend! Thank God I went out that night. He AUTOGRAPHED hid CD for me. Still have it to. And it still plays. Lol. Love you TOMMY! Keep doing your thing 😁😎
