Can I just say you're my absolute go to mommy channel (and I've followed many), simply because you're the one I relate to the most: being real about everything but, also, motivational to create beauty in and around yourself. Hi Natalie, I have done a „declutter my CDs and DVDs“. OMG - 2 big bags of them. Some I have not touched for the last 10 years!!!!!!!! It was hard for me as there were a lot of memories connected. But now with Spotify I decided to get rid of them finally. I love your series m2m. I used your „Support“ to get rid of my stuff ... w/o lying: 50% ... Love your Hemnes dresser and all the decluttering inspiration! We bought the Hemnes bedroom set (king bed and two dressers) five or so years ago, when we built a new home. Since then we've added the Hemnes shoe cabinet on the first floor, the tv stand in our finished basement and a desk in our library. I love finding sturdy, well made furniture at a great price :)

I love that you gave him the stuff you declutterd Togo through.. That is so important for trust! ❤️ It's so true..buying something more expensive is better longterm... Because it will last. I have always saved and then bought more expensive solid wood furniture that lasts a lifetime! Vertically stacking (Con Mari) shirts, jeans, etc is definitely a game changer! Then you can see everything easily. So true about labeling to... My teenager joked about me labeling his draws (short sleeve, long sleeve, sport, pj's, trousers, shorts, hoodys) ... But he has kept his wardrobe tidy and organized since I ConMari organized his wardrobe 3 years ago! OH.. NATALIE.... Your dark comment gave me an idea... Get some LED battery press lights for inside the wardrobe (I have them in mine) ... So he can see the stuff easier without turning the main lights on!.. You could stick them to the wall on the left over each draw so that they light up the content of the draws for him.

There is nothing like a Ikea Hemnes dresser!! @nataliebenettvlogs maybe you want to switch socks (in an open not too high bin) with the belts....I assume he grabs socks more often so he has one drawer less to open every time

I totally agree on I’m too poor to buy cheap! In our family’s experience we don’t buy IKEA dresser anymore. I Love IKEA for so many things but anything with drawers never last. I actually really enjoy doing ikea furniture, even if I get it wrong I find I feel a big sense of accomplishment when I finish it. My husband on the other hand rages over it so I do it all myself and I prefer it that way. It’s calming for me.
