How kind and generous you are. So lovely to see a master at work. Patient, methodical, playful but with clear goals. I'm really looking forward to more of you content having just subscribed. daily 15 -20 minutes handstand practice is perfect. I love how I feel I've gotten a full body workout with various exercises. I enjoyed learning that arm movement at the end. Ive been dancing for over 60 years and never did that one. It is great to learn something new every time. Thank You Natalie 👍🏽

They are really hard. Try with an elevation if it seems impossible. I have had students who started on a chair and are now able to do it.
