Looks fantastic, my aunt Brenda use to make a cake roll very similar to this & it was fantastic. I still remember it after 40 years or more. All my aunts & my mom were great cooks because my grandmother was such a wonderful cook & they learned from the sweetest Grandma in the world.💜

I never made one of these so I am tempted to get the recipe put it aside and then make it for the first time and then have it ready for when my two special friends come back home from their little vacation cuz they love pumpkin as much as I do and that will make a great desert even though this is winter but we still love our pumpkin pumpkin and we still have some ingredients left over that we can do this I am excited I can't wait to try it for the first time I just have to go to school and I will have this nice little surprise waiting and I'm not that great of a baker because I don't even bake any cakes so I'm really excited to try this for the first time❤😊

Natasha....I make something very simular but it is called a Austrian pumpkin spice roll. The Austrian version has cinnamon cream and some nutmeg mixed in the cream. .om also put currants in her filling but thise are hard to find here in tbe states. Mom before she passed taught me how to make it. The dough is more like a strudel crust but thicker and just a little more soft. Thanks for sharing.

Mmmm, sounds delicious! 😋🍰 Although, I would like the cream to be less sweet and to use sour cream instead of cream cheese! 😺 A little tangy but creamy, not overly sweet like those twinkie fillings. Do you like your creams to be more or less sweet? My fav fall flavors are pumpkin, maple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and anise! Although my Christmas flavors also can include anise. Do you like anise? I do!

This sounds so good. I have had pumpkin roll before but not homemade. I am willing to bet Natasha planted lots of pumpkin. Well fall is almost here so here we go. There will be pumpkin doughnuts, pumpkin cake, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin soup, pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin stew, pumpkin juice, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pudding, and of course pumpkin pie. I'm on a pumpkin roll. 😁 Sounds yummy. Can't wait to watch. Fall is my favorite time of the year and I like anything pumpkin.
