So I just made those this afternoon. I was very careful with measuring, yet my dough didn’t look like yours. I worked in a little extra flour and crossed my fingers. They were still very loose, but I persevered and continued with the process to cut, rest then drop carefully into a cast iron skillet. They looked messy. I was so disappointed! I bake a lot, so I’m pretty comfortable with trying new recipes. We let them cool as you suggested, toasted in the oven and had them with some soup for dinner. The texture was spot on and the flavor was amazing! I can’t wait to try them again. Thank you so much!

I had the same concerns when I made mine yesterday. During the mixing, I added a couple tablespoons of flour.. yes and crossed my fingers. Mine also turned out great.. would like to get a little more nooks and crannies, might have to play with it a little, but good recipe. Nice to see a woman with a sense of humor.❤

Hi Natasha!! I’m definitely gonna make these English Muffins since I love making homemade “Egg McMuffins”. Also, you asked us to give you video ideas and I was wondering about crockpot versions of both minestrone soup and bone broth. Even other crockpot meals would be fantastic since as a novice cook, I think the crockpot is probably the easiest to begin with since you literally just toss the ingredients into the crockpot turn it on and let it do its thing until ready.
