That’s what I never got. Kap was actually sitting down for the national anthem before all this. It was Boyer who had a talk with Kap about taking a knee as a compromise. Kap did that because he didn’t want to make it seem like he was disrespecting the military. Now the right wing crazies have highjacked that kneeling and made it out to be disrespectful to the military and this country which is complete nonsense.

Would you require a Jewish person to stamd for Nazi songs and celebratory practices? No. You'd have enough sense to not do some dumb shit like that. 3) Ive been to several NFL stadiums and other sports stadiums and events in general. While its being played thousands of people are sitting, walking around, talking, cussing, arguing, fighting, having sex and no one cared or care now. All vets can go get government assistance from the VA. Theres literally no reason for a vet to be homeless except that they refuse help.

National anthem is for the military it’s not meant to be on a sporting event so if someone wants to protest or let’s say someone getting the beer during the national anthem do you tell him to have respect and turn around and put his hand on his heart or does he still get his beer and hotdogs people at home watching the event and they start playing the national anthem do you stand up and put their hand on your heart or do you go to the bathroom take a shit before the game

Great perspective. Can we go back to respecting each others viewpoints and listening instead of racing to make it all about us?

Though I don’t agree with the kneeling I can at least understand it’s out of respect.

I commented saying that this dude suggested he take a knee.. And someone said well he is not a real soldier so it doesnt count...

Unfortunately it’s views like Nate’s that keep racism alive. His mantra is that racism will always exist. As a man thinketh so is he.

Reverence in reverence what a beautiful time same as standing taking your hat off close enough but to change it because of something we could work on and change something that it already is a standard and not hurtful and take away that is crazy
