Yeah I feel like I'd rather see nate on podcast with people who are also doing arenas. I like those podcast because I can relate, and as nate is becoming more and more successfully, It's hard to relate. I still love his comedy and seeing him guest on other pods. But Now He just feels like when the ceo visits the office..

@@jond661it’s because the others don’t feel comfortable reigning in his long repetitive rants. Yes, it’s Nate’s podcast so if he wants to talk about whatever, it’s clear the co-hosts should let him, but Nate really struggles to concisely make a point. All too often he just repeats himself. I wish the gang had an internal rule - ‘has one person been talking about a side topic for more than 5 minutes?’ If so; someone jump in and wrap it up.

The ad reads were some of the best this week! It’s tough to pick a favorite from Backflow coughing his way through DraftKing’s after the most awkward setup, Aaron trying to get some air on the e-bike and failing miserably each time, or Dusty struggling with big words such as “it” but managing “efficacy” just fine for AG1. You all win for making the ads such a memorable part of the podcast!

I’m not a library scientist but am a nerd heading to the library today. Our library only has no late fees for children’s book. I think it’s because kids lose books a lot and they didn’t want late fees to deter parents from getting books for their kids. If you lose a book, they charge you the cost of the book to replace it. Also, our library bans you from checking out when your fees get to $10

Hello Folks! Loved the topic for today. There is a channel called Boomerang that has all the older cartoons on it. We got the free trial during Covid and introduced my daughter who was 5 at the time to Scooby and all the different spin offs (newer version on Netflix), Smurfs, Flintstones and Yogi Bear. Made my day to get up one morning, to find her sitting in front of the tv, eating breakfast, watching Scooby Doo on her own. P.S. Aaron, I got a sticker from you in Grand Rapids and gave it to my daughter who thought it was the coolest thing ever. "He gave me a sticker!" You moved up her 8 year old ranking system of her favorites on the podcast (Nate is still #1, bc her dad is also a Nate).

Newer listener here and am obsessed with y’all. Aaron and Brian need to make your way to the Milwaukee area. Just missed Dusty and Nate. When my 6 year old daughter was just under 1 year old. I had her in one of those skip hop activity centers since she couldn’t walk yet. I was in the kitchen and heard her in the living room laughing hysterically. I figured one of the dogs or cat had her going since at this point in her life nothing really made her laugh like that. She was staring at the tv and the movie Angry Birds was on. I thought it was maybe a one time only situation. However, anytime we put that movie on. She would watch it and laugh that infectious baby giggle. Love the show. Hope to see you all one day. Jimmy K

Ooh, Duck Tales, and Tail Spin - two fun ones too. I'm sure you liked those dusty, especialy as you were into Chip 'n Dale. Great theme songs too

When Dusty busts out in song it’s hilarious and I’m really impressed that he can remember them all!

Brian may remember these, but two of my favorite cartoons were Battle of the Planets and Starblazers...best cartoons ever! Dusty, look forward to seeing you in St. Louis at the end of the month and having a good time!

Such a fun episode! I'm in Dusty's age group and hearing him talk about his favorite cartoons brought up so much nostalgia. I originally began watching this podcast for Nate... Stayed for Aaron & Beatbox... And love it even more with Dusty. So now, even when Nate is at the lake I am still thoroughly entertained!

Right with Dusty on best cartoons, King of the Hill is the best! Dusty, if you have never seen it, find the video of Mike Judge explaining how he got the idea for King of the Hill, from real guys he met in Texas. The characters and story lines are the best. Bob's Burgers my second favorite. Dusty, you are the coolest ever. I came for Nate because I had seen his specials but everything you say really resonates with me. Brian, much respect! I'm thinking of a Tshirt for you - "It's BRIAN BATES!" Then underneath in small letters "NOT Breakfast - Bryce - Boatramp - etc. I think people would love it and wear it.

Matt McCraw - I truly miss when Nate is out, but we get to experience giggle fits when Nate is gone. You other three really laugh hard when Nate is missing. Love when Nate is there, and I also love the giggling when he's out.

Thanks for bringing up that it was called "Bags" in the midwest, Aaron. We need more people shedding light there.....from Chicago

I love how you talk about how ad reads are better when it goes with the flow of the conversation, then immediately there is a prerecorded one added outside of the flow of the dialogue. I also love how Aaron says, "And remember always wear a helmet" as it shows him sticking his tongue out while not wearing a helmet. Keep up the good work folks!

I can’t wait for Gus Griswold, Aaron, and Dusty’s kids to get into the new Disney cartoons. Amphibia, The Owl House, and Gravity Falls are really good shows. The stories on these shows are tremendous. I’m 40 years old and watched them all with my son. Some of the story lines border on too adult in The Owl House but they are very good shows. Nate’s daughter is about the age to be into those. I’m excited to now be 200 episodes into this great podcast! Keep crushing it fellas!

Dusty is spot on with the ad reads. This is the only podcast I listen to the ads because they are so entertaining (good or bad). I’m getting on board with Everyone-But-Nateland more and more. Y’all keep up the good work!

Solid show lists from the BAD. I always saw myself as much younger than Dusty based on his music references, but it’s clear to me now we watched all the same cartoons. Some honorable mentions I’d add are: TaleSpin, DuckTales, X-Men, Animaniacs, and Where in the World is Carmen Santiago.

I worked at a video store/Radio shack in high school and we would look up the late fees and there were folks that had hundreds of dollars due. Later on a Blockbuster moved into town and we gave it a try. Part of their promo was a free VHS of trailers for new movies coming out. We returned it late and they tried to charge us a late fee and my Dad refused to pay and prohibited the family from ever shopping at Blockbuster. He was so happy when Netflix put them down and he still feels like he played a small role in that.

I’ve been a fan of the show for a few months ever since Aaron’s sister mentioned it in one of my mom Facebook groups. And I realized right away that I had seen Aaron open for Jen Fulwiler a couple years ago. He was SO SO FUNNY! Really too funny to be the opener! Anyway, my oldest son graduated from the University of Alabama last weekend. We had an 8 hour drive to Tuscaloosa for the graduation. We listened to the podcast all the way down! We went back to the beginning and listened to the first ones. We missed Dusty though. I love that my whole family could listen, and they all love it! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
