“Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker was something I read earlier in 2021 and it quite literally changed the way I viewed sleep and it’s functions. I would often neglect sleep in place for staying up on my devices or watching tv but this just gave me a whole new perspective on the importance of sleep and what it’s really doing for the body. Definitely something everyone should read.

I've read financial books for 2 years and was obsessed with getting rich quick, wanting lots of money and all the things it can buy. I wasn't really thinking about my life purpose or anything like that until a friend recommended me a book called The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind. In that book I realized that it's not about the money you have in your bank account, it's about the person you become until you have that amount of money. I recommend this book to anyone who is starting to learn about money.

I'm currently living with my parents and I disturb them all day by telling what I read everyday . I think unknowingly it is a great way to remember what you read. And now I’m currently about 80% through "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone. I have read a lot of entrepreneurial books and self improvement books, and this book is my absolute favorite. This book is extraordinary and really gets you to work extremely hard toward your goals in life and succeed at multiple different areas like personal finance, business and career. This is an absolute must buy if you need a push to get you going in business or you want more out of life.

While I primarily read non-fiction, The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas, a novel, was my favorite of the year. Funny and gripping, but also heartbreaking and profound. Would recommend to everyone. I love how I did some research on books to read and ask for this Christmas and some of these I already read. The righteous mind is definetly one to read, just as 1984, it's sort of mind opening, if you realise when it was written and how people can guess the futur surprisingly correct and wrong. Limitless is still one of the best out there, if you haven't read it please it will change the way you think, read, focus, remember,... I started reading again 2 months ago, 30 pages a day, and it may seem a little but it's like 1 book en a week or two, it is really building the knowledge, I always wanted to have

Hello Nate. Once again, great content. One thing I feel to highlight here. Not all extroverts are good at conversations. I'm an introvert myself, and I can talk to people at length if I catch their energy well. On the other hand, I have seen many extroverts who are easy to go to places and pick any person and talk about their interest, however they might as well just be mindlessly blabbering. There is need for both and more spectrum of people to learn how to talk.

The real happy pill by Anders Hansen is also a good read. Hansen, who is an MD, covers how physical activity protects against dementia as well as how kids who are physically active usually have a benefit from that when learning maths and science and also explains some of neuroscience researchfinds in a way that is not only understandable for non-medics but also very motivating.

The most impactful book I've read in 2021 was 'Atomic Habits' by James Clear. It is a great book on understanding how we form habits and the massive impacts of some of the very subtle things in our daily routine. Definitely my pick of the year. Also, I am starting 2022 with 'Relentless: From Good to Great to Unstoppable' by Time Grover. I am hoping this is the one that's going to define my year 2022. Cheers! Happy Read 2022!!

Thank you nate! Great list, nice video. Next time, please do a 2 second picture of the front of each book so we can read the whole cover and be sure to get the author. Also, adding an amazon affiliate link to the description to make some money might be a good idea too. I’d support that way! Cheers!
