Maybe the vent by the back door can be relocated across the room or behind the door so that you can truly put a standup fridge or freezer there. That would be truly ideal. But very very beautiful concept and idea. I’m sold.

I love the big dining room. I prefer builder grade white walls as a clean pallet. No tub is a deal breaker. Until I'm too old to get in and out of one I must soak and relax

Color change for sure, I would like to see kitchen cabinets in natural wood tone and didn't remember seeing a linen closet on the family bedroom side of the home which it would need. That short closet in the laundry I would have shelving put in there and upper cabinets above the washer and dryer, where you mentioned put in a stand up freezer maybe put in a corner cabinet for pantry and cut a duct vent in the bottom toe kick so the floor vent can still do some good, of course I would see if ceiling Vents are a possibility. I really like this home with minor modifications as stated here and the layout is so refreshing, I would want the dining Room which truly a room unto itself and the breakfast area is nice and big too, I have a dining table and Wall hutch (dining room) and My grandmother's smaller maple 🍁 expandable table I can put in the breakfast area so this home is great for that. Only thing is not enough wall space in the living room for My piano unless certain walls are actually bigger in person but video view I don't think so. That means the first bedroom on the left would be the Piano Room just have to make sure the door ways are wide enough.

I agree to ditch the entertainment center and put in a fireplace. Could use the storage closet in utility room as a pantry. Love the huge eat in nook in the kitchen. Would take 4th bedroom instead of dining room. Wouldn’t need it.

Nice place! I’d do away with the formal dining room and make it into an office since there is another eating area. When the family gathers, we end up with more people than seats…planning on 20 people for Thanksgiving. 🦃🦃

I really like this hm but I'd lise the formal dining room and put in the 4th bedroom and use it as a pantry/utility room. Its across from the kitchen. Perfect for this. I'd also like a whirlpool tub in the master. Another great tour Nate. Thx!😘🙋‍♀️

This home is so very nice! I would put it on a finished basement, add that 2nd story [finished}, which would add at least 4 more bedrooms. add a garage, back deck, and a pool. put it on some acreage-voila! My dream home!

I didn't like the kitchen very much on this one, and there was no bathtub in the master so I'll be looking for the other models they have! Hey Nate! I'm gonna type as I'm watching as usual. #1) I like it there's a coat closet. I'd put a gas fireplace where the entertainment center is. The TV can go on the wall above it, of course. #2) I'd close off that formal dining room, and use it as my Library Office Room with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace or stove; I'd also be using the guest bedroom next to it, using part of it as my Library, and the rest of that guest bedroom would be my Music Studio Room, soundproofed, of course. (Actually after seeing the closet in this bedroom, it looks like it would be big enough for the equipment needed for a small Studio, which is all I'd want.) #3) Okay, the Kitchen. I'd want a gas cook stove. There's no microwave, which I use a lot, so put one on the counter, on the left of the cook stove. The island will have to go, too big. Probably put a much smaller one in there though, with wheels on it. Don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers. #4) The Dining Room is plenty big enough for a bigger table, but I might not have room for Grandma's China Cabinet against the wall if I put in a bigger table. As there's just the two of us, a four-seater table is enough. #5) Nice Utility Room. But that barn door will have to go! Put in a regular door, or a pocket door. And I believe you are right, there does seem to be room for an upright freezer in that space by the door. I'd have that vent moved it possible, even to the middle of the floor would work better as we wouldn't be putting anything there permanently. Of course, we'd build a garage outside that back door and build a Pantry and a storage unit in there. May even put in a pet shower! #6) The second guest bedroom and closet looks nice and roomy. But if possible I'd move the attic access to the hallway, or even into the utility room. I hate it being in the closets or bedrooms. #7) The guest bathroom seems to be okay. The commode could be centered in that space a tad better giving more room for each side. But on the whole the bathroom is nice. #8) Okay. The Master Bedroom is great. The Master Closet was great - until you said the water heater access is in there! No, I hate that! Put the water heater in that space in the Utility Room where we were saying a freezer could go (I'd then put the freezer in the Pantry in the garage). [Again move the vent to the middle of the floor in the utility room so it would not be covered. The Utility Room is where the water heater and the furnace goes. Either that or have hallway access.] The vanity is too small for two sinks. Just have one in the middle, or on one side, giving you plenty of counter space. Okay that wall on the left of the commode area would need to be removed and the toilet moved over a tad, otherwise there's no way I could sit on it without hitting the walls! I'd have to replace the shower with a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo. #9) Carpet in the Living Room and Bedrooms and the sitting area i my Library only. Porches all way around the house to the garage; some enclosed and some just covered. Well Nate, I think the price is kinda high, but everything is. I'm not sure we'd have an attic, if we did it would be for extra storage only. No upstairs we don't really need the room. Or rather we do but Not upstairs. Husband needs a GYM and a Hobby room but he doesn't them upstairs and neither do I. Anyway, good video. God bless you and your family!
