Nice size bedrooms and closets. Like the kitchen and the back porch and Master bath with the stand alone tub. Maybe lighter colors in the home

It’s nice for a change to see a home with color and character. It’s such a relief from the stark white ‘hospital’ interiors. All of that white seems so sterile and cold. I like the wood accents, especially the wood beam mantels. A small foyer with a coat closet would make it almost perfect.

Nice home Nate but I must have gas stove gas or wood burning fireplace in the living room and some lighter colors…… I would also make one of the bedrooms larger with a larger closet.

Yes, indeed, white walls would have looked much better with the wood accent wall and dark cabinets and shelves. The eggplant accent walls should be green to match the walnut wood tone. But it has a nice homey feel to it. I would like to see a 4 bedroom of it if it was a larger home . The living room was a little narrow and no pantry for the kitchen

Like the floor plan. Do not like the microwave in the island next to the floor. Would make some changes in the master bath. Don't like the "water closet". It's your master bath. I don't think you should have to be in a separate room to go to the bathroom. I would do something different with the tub. Would like some type of edges on a couple of sides to set stuff, etc. Shower is ok but do not like that type of seat. A full bench would be so much better.

Nate could you ask before you do the tours about the bathrooms not having over flows in the sinks and that big tub in the 2nd bathroom? I have noticed they don’t have any. I love those 5 panel doors and the closet shelves are wood. The color is way to dark for me

Of course I know the microwave does not have to be in the kitchen island. I just prefer home plans where the microwave is in the cabinets and not in the island or not over the stove.
