Thanks for this important message. You are 100% correct; for us men it is very very hard to talk about emotions and depression even though we all go through tough times. I have a long history of depression and alcoholism but I got help, and that's why I am still here. I couldn't heal myself, I needed help.

I just got this video in my feed and I watch all your stuff 2 years ago my wife lost her sister an best friend she since started doing walks and charity work with mental health and suicide awareness I myself have lost friends and am involved with my local VA for ptsd groups and disabled vets and have been down that dark path myself after returning home and being medical discharged good looking out man takes a lot of courage to admit when things are not right ❤

I was in a deep state of depression a couple years ago when I started watching all these different KZbin content creators they have helped out alot getting the motivation to get back out there and do something with myself

Thank you so much for posting this video. On 2-14-2020 my daughter attempted suicide. Her brothers found her and cut her down and tried to bring her back. My beautiful, strong, amazing daughter was brought back by paramedics but she had been without oxygen for at least 30 minutes. After months in the hospital she is home with us. Although she doesn't speak or walk yet she may someday. I have her still. After this happened I couldn't stop thinking that it was all my fault and that everything wrong with anything was because of me. I couldn't stop thinking I needed to end it all, and that is terrifying. For myself and my children I found help through therapy and it was the best thing I have done for myself. My daughter will be 16 in November and it hurts so bad to look at her minibike and remember all the times we spent laughing on the trails. I built a yerfdog 2 seater to accommodate her and we are back at it. I took a lot of your pointers on the steering set up! Which should get you pumped. I'm 46 and a mechanic and I am learning tricks from you still!

Thanks for doing this. It is so needed to hear that it's ok to get help, have weaknesses, and feel life. My go kart push has been about the same thing. Finding a happy light in the dark. The whole community of KZbin creators, Reddit groups, Facebook groups, and people I've met has been uplifting. There is something so refreshing about having the common goal of fun.

I’m still trying to figure myself out as most people my age do and that can be hard some times. But the best decision in my life so far was talking to a person I trust and it may sound cheesy but they say it for a reason. I am extremely blessed to have 2 amazing parents that I know a can always vent to. I haven’t found the answers yet but I’ve been keeping myself together way more than I did 2 years ago. (Smile for 15 seconds, take a hot bath find a hobby to get exited about go karts are fun and I’ve learned so much, some of the skills translate to real life!)
