So grateful to NJH Drs for all this valuable info. First-hand, I know of the expertise and caring from the teams in various departments at NJH. One comment in this video that I disagree with is at 22:50, when Dr McShane says that you 'need symptoms' to be diagnosed. I am 100% asymptomatic and was diagnosed with bronchiectasis and MAC, which both were incidental findings. As an ex-smoker and someone who spent the majority of my life exposed to second-hand smoke, I thought it wise to get a chest CT so that if I were to develop pulmonary disease, there would be a chest CT basis for comparison. Little did I know what was already lurking in my lungs. Without my own diligent health management, who knows what may have happened. Continuing my diligence, I immediately beat a path to NJH. I send praise and thanks to my entire care team!
