Looks delicious, using vegetable oil for this recipe is a NO NO for me, I feel the palm oil is one of the most important ingredient that makes it native... That's my opinion though.

SisiYemmie, kindly share your opinion on the safety of air fryer, I got some and I have since enjoyed them especially the fact that I don't get to use oil again. I can still enjoy my yummy boil without frying dodo🤪. I will appreciate your response. God bless your hustle real good. Thanks for the native jollof recipe 👍

Will definitely try this out today..needed a quick native jollof recipe and this fits the bill! Thank you! Oh..did you parboil your rice first? Tried cooking jollof once without parboiling and it took much longer to soften, had to keep adding water to it. Did I do something wrong?

this looks like a very good recipe that I would like to try. The annoying thing is all those foreign names of food that you use for me a non Nigerian I basically don't know what you are talking about. Pictures are not always enough . What are the English names of the ingredients?
