I am so blessed to have a young man here from Africa that I have promised to make a Jollof rice dish for and I had found a couple of recipes for this dish, but none that has given me step by step details like this. I will follow this video to the “T” as we say in my culture and try my best to have it turn out as close as possible to yours which looks so amazingly delicious 😋 I can’t wait to try it myself every step of the process will be a teaching experience for me to really learn your cuisine and I really want to conquer that.
