NATO Summit: China warns against "inciting confrontation and rivalry" in Asia-Pacific

China is refusing to be blamed for sowing discord over the war in Ukraine. It hit back at NATO after the alliance described Beijing as a decisive enabler in Russia's war effort. China says NATO is deliberately hyping up Beijing's responsibility in the war, with "malicious intent". Nick Harper reports from Washington DC.
