I strongly strongly strongly second what you said about Greg Doucette and Tren. As someone who has taken Tren, it is absolutely horrific how bad it affects your cardio. I already have horrific cardio due to my lungs having always been shot and nobody breathes harder in the gym than me, and the few times that I gave Tren a try, even microdosing, I felt like I was going to die. Tren truly is the devil in a bottle and people don't understand just how bad they should not be touching that drug.

I guess Tren affects people differently, I added it to a cycle (about a dozen years ago) 300 mg/week and with no changes in diet or training my strength went up I got leaner when my weight stayed the same (visible results after three weeks) and that with NO side-effects many people mention. (I used hexahydro.... something.) I love the stuff but have never tried it in higher doses, no need to because it's VERY effective! Even 300 might be on the high side?

It’s so relieving to hear someone so educated, open, honest and authentic about all this. So true about the “don’t do drugs” how about “these are the consequences of drugs” . Not only is he 100% on point about gear he’s also 100% on point about drugs and how it happens. The homeless guy on the side of the road chasing the next high didn’t wake up one day in his warm bed in his clean clothes and sit at his table to eat his breakfast before going to work and say hey you know what? I think I’m going to get high today and go live on the side of the road and loss my soul and spend every last dollar I make to drugs. People are so delusional about the reality of life and how things happen.

This is a truly eye-opening video. It truly doesn't matter what anyone does as long as they're happy and content with themselves, consequences and all. This is exactly the content I've loved seeing from Seth for years now. I had the pleasure of meeting him on his tour a handful of weeks ago when he came to my little hole-in-the-wall gym in Iowa. He was just an genuine and caring in person as he is in his videos. I feel genuinely honored to not only being able to see content like this, but to have met the man himself. He has been, and will be an inspiration of mine for as long as I'm still here

Luckily for the modern era there is so much information readily and the kids really need to use it and not listen to bro science . we had to read anything we learnt or from older guys in the gym who just started most of us on cyp lol and no one warned me about the huge fat head I’d get along with insane strength and puffiness then in my 20s we Dan duchanes bible :). We'll probably be seeing Emmy Feroce in the Olympics someday with her sharing your physical and mental genetics, and her dad as a coach. Anyone reading this who doesn't think they have time to watch this video in its entirety, do not miss what Seth has to say about life and competition starting at 25:30 . As a 60 yr old lifelong competitive athlete and gym rat what Seth says there is Golden advice and I know from experience is 100 percent truth. Perfectly articulated with more humor tossed in. I do definitely admire many of the athletes who as you said are literally risking their own lives to push the boundaries of their respective sports. The only issue I see is the fitness 'influencer' niche that just plagues this industry now. Sure you can place a lot of the blame on the idiots who buy into the snake oil and BS seen on IG and tiktok, but these clowns who peddle it and make a mockery of us all should be also held accountable. We are forced into having to have people online who have more genuine integrity online to call out these fools through these 'natty or nots' since we have become so jaded in being deceived so often. Of course my rant is only directed specifically towards those shameless enough to claim 'natural' and not every fitness public figure, and I am sick and tired hearing their excuses of "Oh I can't mention it due to legal reasons" etc, there are PLENTY of ways to allude to your ehanced status without blatantly saying so.... Just my 2 cents.

I agree with the...if someone who is using gear and claming natty and competing against others who are actually natty, then they are peices of shit, they are scum and I believe that. Its like allowing a real man to compete against women, why are so many people not concerned about that it is absolutely disgusting and makes a mockery of real women who live there life for the sports and it destroys these real women. The world is built on lies, look at the politicians that work for us they are the most untrustworthy peices of shit on the planet like seriously I get real fired up over it and they control the media to the point they can say anything and the majority or well liberals really believe it just like that no questions asked......my point as I start ranting .. well the whole world is built on lies as the fitness industry has always been and they only thing that we can do as humans is be that person we want to see others see, be the best, hold doors for people fuck I dunno just be a good person and anytime you can help someone do it. but if another man don't wanna tell the world he takes drugs and most likely illegal drugs who gives a fuck because why should that concern us it's none of our fucking buisness what drugs another man takes
@excat

Love the content Seth. Only thing I can say is those people making millions off the backs of claming natural and not being, do deserve to lose it. We live in a weird place in the world where people are idolizing polar extremes, neither being healthy. You have people wanting to "be like Mike", and you have people wanting to be like the obese swimsuit model on the cover of whatever magazine, and praising "dad bods". It's slippery, but overall as a society, we need to be healthy, and not idolize people with something that you can't achieve naturally or is unhealthy. Honesty is the best policy. I'm not saying some of these people don't look great, but given where they are at and how what they say matter to a large number of sometimes easily influenced people, there is a higher standard these people should be held accountable to. Keep being functional and fuckable man so the videos come for years and years more.

I first remember Lee Priest talking about steroids in an article in muscular development in the early 2000s. Way before KZbin existed. He was the first pro bodybuilder I ever saw that flat out admitted to what they were doing. If I recall he got suspended for like a year for doing so. And didn't compete. I could be wrong about that. But Lee Priest is the first guy that blew it open in my opinion.

I think the biggest thing i learned over the years for my body and my enjoyment is that the basic exercises suck ass for me. My structure doesnt work well without getting injured in those basic lifts and my enjoyment drops. I still do bench squat deads rows etc.. but not ever the standard way with a Barbell that everyone else does. I use dbs cables and the billion machine options available. I enjoy it, i feel it more and its allowed me to stay more consistent without injuries. Belt squat, cables and machines have given me everything i could ever ask for from the gym. If youre not make for it or you dont enjoy it, dont do it just bc everyone else says so. There are a billion other ways to get results and enjoy training/life. Find your path.

Seth, Lol love this video. Just like the rest.. You're F**king bluntness is awesome. Hearing you tell snowflakes. "It was just a Joke!!" I think Mike O'Hearn has to have an Eidetic memory. I found your channel about a year ago. Love the content and knowledge. And Raw Honesty. I just started Weightlifting/Bodybuilding over a year ago. I was laid up for many years. I'm a Cancer survivor. My weight was 190lbs from 18-33 years old. Then bc I got so lazy and laid up. My weight went up to 274lbs. I lost 60lbs within 6 months. Now my weight keeps going from 205 to 215lbs. In order to see and check my progress from working out. I have to measure my Arms, Chest, Ect. I used to weigh myself daily. But it was starting to drive me nuts. I would check my weight before I went to bed. I'd weigh 214. And when I woke up in the morning. I'd be 205lbs. "Water Weight" I wanted to try just one cycle of Aan Anabolic steroid. But can't get them. Maybe it's a sign from God? My Oncologist/Hematologist started to prescribe me Testosterone Gel 1% = 5 Grams a day. Bc I had Testicular Cancer. I'm just trying to be the best me, I can be. And the strongest my genetics permits. I am not seeking to be massive. I just want to bulk up around 15-20lbs throughout my entire body. To be evenly Preportioned. Again. Great F**kin Video! Thank You Brother. You had me rolling. By spitting mad Facts and your truths. I have one Natty or Not for you bro. And I think this guy's not Natty. But he's hilarious. "Ryan Huntington" Natty or Not 😅 💪 Also love You Representing Our American Flag. Thanks. God bless you, Your family and your team. 👍

Mr. Feroce my brother from another mother. You are the man! Wish we would have meet when I was 20, but unfortunately just seeing your content recently. I’m a 50 yearly man that went to the gym from watching your content and finally have a passion that I can release all my rage in and not get in trouble. Lol. But I’m 50 and I want to look good naked. Was wondering if you could point me in the right direction.

I am like the exact opposite of you in every way (a socialist and a liberal) but I love your honesty and your desire to be better and be your best self. Sad that we see so many people unable to take a joke and have fun with a video.

From the perspective of honesty and transparency, being a fake natty is generally frowned upon. Misrepresenting one's achievements and giving false impressions can be seen as deceitful and unethical. It can also set unrealistic expectations for others who look up to these individuals as role models, potentially leading to disappointment and misguided training practices.

At some point, you just don't need to take any necessity watching all of the bad comments. Regardless no matter how factual your verdicts are, haters will always be a hater, that's just how internet play its role, but there's also a lot of good comments that's hit your supports. Just take the grain of the salt. On the side note, I really love your take with that natty and not natty stuff, is straightforward, no bullshit, and no backwards shout to those influencers. At the end of the day, we as the viewers are the only who can digest which one is good for us, either bad or not. Just keep up the good work

You expressed my exact view on drug awareness, I can compare being told steroids are bad by people where I learned nothing, while actually researching (with a side of moreplatesmoredates) about steroids has not only helped me understand the negative side effects of PEDs, the proper use of them, and ways of managing them; but also my understanding of endocrinology, sports science, and my ability to confidently say I don’t want to use them unless I became some absolute unit who could win professional show after professional show or want to experiment a small amount when I am a lot older(I’m 16). You genuinely made a better drug PSA than any government, school, or advocate has made that I’ve heard.

Seth nailed it with 1 comment "it has no bearing on my life"!!!! People need to live by this and stop caring about other people, especially influencers/celebrities....who cares what people do, unless it directly affects your life!!!

Love your opinion Seth. I take insulin since 5 years old I'm type 1 diabetic and seeing people argue about the clear levels between hard hard steroids and slight hormonal modifications is really like trying to talk to a toddler because they can't understand, most of them don't workout hard and don't take anything so they have no reference
